30 - Decisions

(Ryujin POV)

After we went out to eat, we all quickly got ready for practice. Yeji unnie drove us to the company and we started to practice once we settled down.

As we were practicing we all heard a knock on the door followed by it opening. Turning to see who it was, there was a staff member standing there with a clipboard.

"Shin Ryujin?" The woman asked and Lia unnie paused the music.

"That's me." I reply briefly.

"You're needed in the CEOs office for something." She says.

Clearly knowing what this was going to be about I agree to go and quickly fix myself up to look somewhat presentable in front of him.

Then I follow the woman up to the office where she knocked on the door waiting for permission to enter.

"Yes?" I hear a voice.

She opens the door and I trail behind her. "Ah Ryujin you're here, come take a seat." He pauses and I take the seat infront of him, "thank you, you may go." He says to the staff and she closes the door.

He turns his attention to me and he slowly pushes a printed article about my dating suspicions.

"I'm assuming you know what this is about right?" He says with a look of concern in his eyes.

I nod in reply and he continues, "good, anyways I called you because I wanted to discuss this with you. I'm not trying to break you up with Y/n because she is a good woman and I know she means a lot to you, so tell me what you're thinking."

"Well.. Me and Y/n decides that it's best for us to stay apart for a while, so I moved back to the dorms witht the girls and we agreed that I would stop seeing her for a while, until the situation calms down a bit." I reply trying not to stutter.

He hums, "okay makes sense. So what will happen after? And in the future do you plan to reveal your relationship with Y/n in the future?"

"I hope that I can, because I have a feeling that Y/n will be accepted, but I'm not sure of what to do right after this situation." I say slowly.

"What do you think of the idea about confirming your relationship with Y/n? I won't mention her name, but I'll confirm that you are in a relationship."

"Won't that cause a lot more drama?" I ask.

He shakes his head, "not from what I'm seeing. The fans are excited and so supportive of the idea with you being in a relationship. So why not give it a try?"

"And what if something bad happens?" I ask concerned for Y/ns safety.

"If anything happens to you or Y/n, I will be sure to take action, because both of you are perfect for eachother and I would hate for that relationship to be pushed away because of some fans, okay?" He reassures me.

I smile in relief, "okay.. I also think it's best to talk about the whole revealing the relationship with Y/n here, because I don't want to make her feel uncomfortable with the amount of attention she might get."

"No no. That's completely fine, we can schedule a time for a meeting with her and see what's the best option as of right now. Alright?"

"Yes, okay. Thank you sir." I reply and stand up bowing to him as I leave the room and he waves at me.

I close the door behind me and sigh. I need to talk about this to the girls. After knowing that he will support my relationship makes my life much easier. It's just the reassurance of Jinyoung taking action against anything bad that will happen to me or Y/n.

I quickly go back down to the practice room opening the door to see the girls sitting and waiting on their phones.

They all flick their heads up once I close the door and Chaeryeong speaks, "so? How did it go?"

I walk over to them and join their circle that they're sitting in, "it went better than I thought it would. JYP said that he would support us and make sure nothjng bad happens, he also brought up the idea about revealing the relationship, but I'm not sure what to do"

"He wants to reveal your relationship and confirm it?" Lia unnie asks and I nod in reply.

"I actually think it's better for you guys, right?" Yeji says, "you won't have to worry about hiding and going on secret dates anymore."

"Yeah that's true.."

"And he said that he would support you, so I'm guessing will take action if something bad happens right?" Yeji unnie replies.

"Yep, that's what he told me." I nod.

"Then go for it, you guys have support from JYP, so why not?"

"But what if the fans don't accept Y/n, I hope they will, but it's a possibility they won't." Lia unnie says.

"Ryujin has been with Y/n for one and a half years I think, and Ryujin is a responsible adult so I don't see why not." Yeji unnie replies.

"True. I agree with Yeji unnie, you guys should confirm it. It's for the best of you guys and it's better than a sasaeng exposing you guys." Chaeryeong replies.

"You guys can see eachother without worrying about being exposed aswell." Yuna says.

"Yeah that's right.." I say slowly.

"Just give it a thought and make sure next time you're discussing it with JYP Y/n will be with you, so you guys can decide what's best." Yeji unnie says firmly.

"Okay, thank you guys, it really helped me think about it more." I smile and they nod.

"That's what we're here for Ryujin." Lia replies smiling.

"Now that we are all here. Let's start practice shall we?" Yeji unnie stands up quickly and we all groan, "stop being lazy we have a performance to prepare for."

We all reluctantly get up and start to warm ourselves up for practice.

(Y/n POV)

I drive towards the venue of my photoshoot with the perfume brand Dior, I'm one of their ambassadors along with other companies for example Calvin Klein and the jewellery brand Swarovski.

I reach the venue and open the door to see the a person who seems like the director standing by all the cameras and lights.

She turns towards me when I close the door and she smiles, "oh hello nice to meet you. I'm director Han, if you didn't notice I'm covering for your usual director as he isn't here today."

I nod and smile, "nice to meet you too, I'm Y/n.. Bae Y/n.

" what a nice name.. Now I'll run you through todays plan and how it will go then we can get started, alright."

I nod once more and follow her to a room where there are stylists and other staff preparing for the shoot as she begins to talk to me about todays photoshoot.

"Okay! That's all we need for today, thank you Y/n for working with us and thank you for all the staff that helped with today!" Director Han announces loudly.

Clapping and cheers are heard throughout the venue as staff bow to me as I walk by and I politely bow back.

I enter the dressing room to change into my own clothes, I take my time as I finish getting ready.

I walk out fixing my hair when a staff member comes up to me, "Ms Bae, you have some visitors.. They said they go by the names, Lee Minhyung and Kim Yerim?"

My eyes light up after hearing their names and I quickly reply, "oh, where are they?"

"They're waiting by the entrance/exit for you." She replies.

"Okay thank you, I'll take my leave with them." I say as I start to say my goodbyes and thanks to the staff as I approach the entrance.

"Bae Y/n!"
