Leona Kingscholar x F!Reader - True feelings

The last dorm leader council of the year was held. Events and other activities for next year were the main topic. After a while the meeting came to an end.

"Then that's it for this year! You've all done a great job again and can be very proud of your accomplishments! My graciousness was also unlimited, I definitely deserve a break..." Crowley mumbled the last part to himself.

"Ha~ is this finally over? Such an unnecessary meeting.." Leona sighed in tiredness, as he begun to shuffle to Savanaclaw.

"His attitude will never change.." Vil sighed with a troubled expression and also returned to his dorm. The others did the same, so you were the only one that stood in the hall of mirrors.

Something burned in your heart. A desire to speak with a certain person. You took all your courage and followed the lazy lion. Your hands shook like crazy as your heart beat increased.

"Uhm...L-Leona - san!!" You nervously called out to him.

"Huh?...Herbivore? What do you want? It better be something important, my nap is waiting." He turned around while resting one hand on his hip.

"I-I don't if it's important for you...but I wanted to give you this.." you held a present with a cute card on top of it out to him. You discovered a mistrustful gaze under his hood.

"According to etiquette it would be impolite to refuse presents...so I'll take it." His big hands lied on top of yours.

"But what's the occasion? Heh~ Were you hoping to leave a good impression?" He mischievously smiled at you.

"N-no it's just...I don't know if I'll see you tomorrow before you head home....so I wanted to give you your Christmas present now..."

His expression grew serious again.

"Well then thanks...I guess.." it seemed like he didn't know as well how to handle the situation. He took the present unexpected carefully out of your hands and left like nothing happened. You wondered why he took it with so much care. The present was quite obvious, so why did he take it this carefully? This man sure was a mystery to you.
Now you didn't even get to say Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to him.

Your heart tighten out of sadness when you returned to Ramshackle. But what did you expect to happen? This is Leona we're talking about.

~Meanwhile in Savanaclaw~

After he tossed his robe into the wardrobe, Leona stretched over his bed. A long yawn followed. He closed his eyes, however he didn't fell asleep within 3 seconds, like he usually did. He tossed and turned but it didn't help. An irritated expression grew on his face and his summer green eyes snapped open.

"Damnit it's her fault!" He growled when his gaze landed on the present, that Ramshackles Dorm head gave to him.
He slowly sat up and wandered over to his desk, where the present laid. The dark skinned knew he was supposed to open it on Christmas Eve but curiosity took over his mind. Carefully, he opened the envelope and a card with a scenery that looked like Afterglow Savanna peaked his eyes. Then Leona scanned the lines.

Dear Leona,
I don't know if I'll see you before you head home, so I just wrote a letter. Have a blessed Christmas Eve and a happy new year. Hope you'll like my present, I'm sure it'll be useful to you. Please come back safe and sound, I'm looking forward seeing you again.

"Ugh...this girl...damnit does she even know what she's doing to me..." he covered his mouth with his arm.

"Oi Ruggie! When you're already eavesdropping make yourself useful!" Leona growled to the hyena, who came from behind his door.

"Shishi...you caught me.."

"Bring Y/N here. Now."

"Wait now? Do you even know what time it is?"

"Are you deaf or somethin'? I said now didn't I?" Leona annoyingly answered.

"Ok ok you don't have to be this rude. Oh by the way, your face grows a pink tone shishsi!"

"Just go already!!"

~Back in Ramshackle~

After you changed clothes and brushed your teeth, you were about to go to bed. Suddenly you perceived a knock on your bedroom door.

"Huh? Who could they be...? Come in!"

"Hey Y/N...sorry to disturb you but the lazy prince wants you to come to his room."

"Eh? But I'm in my pajamas and I want to sleep. He has to wait." You replied tiredly.

"He said now. I don't wanna make him angry. So would you please come with me? Do it for my sake."

"I don't have a choice have I?" You wrinkled your brows when you left your cozy bed and the cold hit you.

"Let's hurry, it's warmer in Savanaclaw isn't it?"
Grim already slept like a rock so you just left him.

A few minutes after you arrived and knocked at Leona's door.

"Yeah?"

"I-it's me...Y/N... Ruggie said I should come over?"
He didn't give an answer. Instead you saw the door open. Summer green eyes pierced your (e/c) colored ones. Then he took your arm and yanked you inside. Ruggie must've understood the message, when he would eavesdrop now, he will probably have a huge problem.

"So what emergency do you have to call me over in my pajamas-"

You couldn't speak further because  the Lion now trapped you between the door and himself.

"Heh~ What a careless Herbivore, catching you was easy. Have you forgotten that your my prey?" He snickered while he got closer and closer. His body now pinned yours to the door. You could feel his trained body through your shirt. Then he sniffed your neck and licked it, whereupon you flinched. A tickled sensation followed, which was replaced by a slight sting. Did he just....mark you?

"Now nobody lies a finger on you while I'm gone." He muttered under his breath.
He proudly looked at the mark, than his eyes wandered to yours. Your noses were almost touching, but he didn't kiss you. He seemed to enjoy the closeness.
Suddenly he stepped away and picked you up princess style. Carefully he lied you down on his bed. Then he joined you. Leona cuddles up to you and hold you as close as he could. You never saw a side this caring of him. It felt so cozy. Savanaclaws Dorm head hugging you, while the blanket, which smelled like him, surround you.
A satisfied growl rumbled in his chest  when he nuzzled into the crook of your neck.

The next day it was quite hard for you to let Leona off, even if it was just two weeks. He didn't show any signs of regret while leaving you. But you knew deep down it also torn him apart, especially after you two just confessed to each other in one way or another.

~Time skip~

Leona was more than exhausted. Not a second after he returned home, Cheka attacked him merciless. For the moment he enjoyed the peace in his room. His nephew probably beaked cookies right now. Then he thought of your present.

It still was a few hours to Christmas Eve but it wouldn't hurt to open it know would it? Besides it was his so he could do what he want. The present felt soft, so he already had a premonition what it could be. When he finished unpacking, he held a fluffy pillow in his hand. Sure it was a simple gift, but something he exactly needed right now. The best thing for him was the scent the pillow gave off. It smelled exactly like her. Leona made himself comfortable with the pillow in his bed. A soft smile spread on his face and his ears twitched when he thought of his girl.
