"I'm nervous." I voice as Paige pulls on my hair, finishing it

"For what?" She asks and I start to panick

"What if he says no? What if he walks off? What if after we go through with this we start arguing all the time and he leaves me?" Paige shakes her head at me

"One, he's not going to say no because he loves you, two, he's not going to walk off because he loves you, and three, you guys have fought one time." She says and I scoff

"We've fought more than once."

"When? You would've told me, and the only fight you told me about was the one that took place in New York regarding your groomer."

My mouth drops open in shock and she winces

"Sorry, thought you would've accepted that one by now."

"Well I have- Paige that's besides the point. I'm still nervous."

My moms walks in the room as I say that and comes up behind me, rubbing my shoulders

"Don't be nervous, everything will be fine."

I nod and Paige finishes my hair while Leah finishes her own makeup. Of course, I asked Leah to be my maid of honor but paige and a few of my other friends are the bridesmaids. Everette asked James to be his best man, and he has Zach, our friend Theo, and some other people to be his groomsmen.

After everyone is ready, they all mostly leave me alone in the room, which is just the master bedroom in the beach house I reserved to get ready in.

My heart aches at the fact Eli doesn't get to be here. I know this is something he would've wanted to see, it's not even something I thought I would get to experience, and now that I do and he still doesn't, it just hurts.

After composing myself and taking a few minutes, my dad walks into the room.

"Ready kiddo?" He asks and I nod, linking my arm with his as we begin to walk out of the house and up onto the platform that overlooks the beach, all of the guests are sitting on wooden benches up on that.

"Turning page" by sleeping at last is playing in the background, and the ceremony itself is beautiful.

It took a lot of planning, but my dress is like a light off white with green details, The bridesmaids dresses are all the same green as what's on my dress, the benches are  wrapped in vines and lights lined up on the wooden platform. Everette stands off the platform down a couple of stairs underneath the arch type thingy.

I still don't know what it's actually called.

It's littered with white and pink rose petals from where Athena walked ahead of me and my dad, my dads grip tight around my arm.

When I finally see him at the end of the isle, tears gather In my eyes at the single tear rolling down his cheek, a smile playing on his lips.

My dad let's go of me as I get to Ev and I scan the crowd, some familiar and a few unfamiliar faces.

"You're beautiful." He mouths and I sniffle a little laugh.

The priest says and does all the traditional priest things before it time for our vows. Me and Everette both agreed neither of us would write vows, we'd just come up with something.

It's his turn first and he clears his throat, looking towards the crowd for a split second.

"I know we agreed to come up with something on the spot, but I may have mentally written a speech anyways." He says and the people in the crowd who can hear him talk laugh softly
