(Y/n) grunted, the visor blocking her vision as Lisa slammed the end of her spear into her gut. Apparently neither of them were mentally there today, (Y/n) and her hollow constantly thinking back to her report to Shunsui. It wasn't how she expected any of that to go and not something she could predict from him. "What's wrong," Lisa asked.
"Nothing. Just preoccupied," (Y/n) sighed.
Lisa stopped, sheathing her zanpakuto and crossing her arms with a small scowl on her face, "You go to school for your undercover image here, right?" There came a slight nod and she grunted. "Let's go there then."
"Why," (Y/n) snorted.
"You've made it almost impossible to suppress your hollow," Lisa stated. "How did you make an agreement with it?"
"We talked but I don't remember the conversation," (Y/n) shrugged. "It's like, every time she got involved while I was talking to Kamaitachi or when she had complete control she didn't want me to remember."
"Why is that," Lisa pondered.
"Maybe for privacy," (Y/n) shrugged a bit, sheathing her own blades. "I don't know, we don't have that sort of stuff planned out."
"You're treating it like a person. It isn't one," Hiyori roared. (Y/n) narrowly avoided the flip flop that came for her head, glaring at the small blonde. "That's why you're pathetic you spoiled princess."
"How long are you going to go on about that," (Y/n) muttered. "He was going to execute me."
"But you're alive," (Y/n) sighed at Lisa's words and bounced a bit on her toes. "When you fight, you're a bit clumsier than before." (Y/n) raised an eyebrow as Lisa pulled out a magazine, flipping to a page with a model.
"I'm clumsy," (Y/n) asked.
"Your whole style is weird," Hiyori snorted. "Lisa would know best I guess."
"Are you fighting for control while you're actually fighting," Lisa hummed. "That's the only reason I can think of, really."
"I'm trying not to think," (Y/n) sighed after a while. The two stopped short and stared at her. Hiyori was the one to break the silence by grabbing (Y/n)'s wrist and dragging her.
"Lisa, get Hachi and Shinji. We're fighting her hallow," Hiyori barked angrily.
"What," (Y/n) tried to pull away, only to be shoved down a tunnel into a training room much like Urahara's. Hiyori waved a hand past (Y/n)'s face and everything seemed to go black.

The familiar scent of wood and herbs filled her nose but it was different, the smell of death accompanying it. (Y/n) looked around, the vast number of trees and floating orbs of earth bringing back memories of the long talks she had with the triplets. There came a stabbing through her shoulder and she grunted, staring back to see who held the blade. "You're not it," the youngest snarled. The black hair that was slicked back was caked in mud, his face beat as he stared with a sharp gold gaze.
"Chi," (Y/n) scowled a bit as the blade was pulled away, gripping her shoulder as she stood. She could hear it now, the sounds of blades hitting one another, and she could see the dying trees that were turning white. "What's going on here?"
"The hollow is tearing everything apart," he replied. "Kama and Ita are fighting it as best they can."
"You mean-"
"You had no control and its run rampant," he snapped. "What were you thinking when you made that deal?"
"I don't remember the deal," (Y/n) admitted.
"Then you're an idiot," Chi snapped. His head shot up and he caught Ita, the brown head no growling and his smile gone. (Y/n) stared before grabbing the blades at her hip, launching forward. If she really made this mess she had to clean it up, didn't she? Kama slid back, her plate blocking the three blades as a black and white mockery of herself laughed.
"Look who finally joined the party," the voice made (Y/n) shiver. Her blades shoved the others back, Kama panting a bit as the zanpakuto stared at (Y/n).
"I'm very disappointed it's come to this," she muttered.
"I'll take it from here," (Y/n) replied softly. "I'm sorry for leaving this to you three."
"You needed to return," Kama nodded. "I'm sorry for suggesting we come to an agreement. Words weren't enough for this thing."
"It's just the darker me, Kama. Go fix your brothers," (Y/n) ordered. She pulled the blades apart, wasting no time in launching forward. Her movements felt smooth, different than they had been as she manipulated a blade with her feet. The other (Y/n) seemed scratchy as she came at her, blade constantly on blade to the point the sound was of multiple bells going at once.
"I won't go easy on you. Not again," the hollow laughed. Her bankai hit (Y/n)'s shikai and she winced at the impact, the pressure breaking a few trees from the lowest parts of their stumps. She needed to remember the deal, what was said to the hollow. She shoved the bankai aside and activated shunko, grimacing at the burn on her skin from it.
Her speed was matched even as she racked her brain in an attempt to remember. There were so many dream like memories of her body, the long drawn conversation with the triplets overshadowing them. "You pompous idiot," the blades settled against (Y/n)'s throat as her back slammed into a tree, her gaze focusing on the other her in a fit of rage.
"I can't let you run rampant if your effecting even my fighting skill," (Y/n) muttered. "So what did we agree on? Tell me."
"If my dear old fighting buddy showed up stronger, I'd get full control," the hollow giggled. "And he's not going to die so easily."
"Who," (Y/n) snapped.
"Grimmjow," it hummed. (Y/n) stiffened and stabbed into it's chest after kicking the third blade up. (Y/n) activated her bankai, wrapping the thin rope around the hollow quickly after shoving it away.
"You can't have control," she snapped. She stabbed the blades into the ground, holding the plate taught as to make the rope squeeze. "Not if it means siding with a hollow when we aren't one."
"But we are," it giggled. "We're working together. Unless you plan on breaking that deal."
"Consider it off," (Y/n) lunged forward, the shunko stopping its burn as her hand buried itself into the hollow's chest. "We weren't working together, we were using each other."
"Isn't that who we are," it coughed and went lax. "I don't go away. I live as long as you do."

(Y/n) panted, shoving the empty, full bodied shell away from her as she squinted through the mask. "(Y/n)," her head snapped to Lisa, the woman looking worse for wear.
"Yeah," (Y/n) grunted. "Did I hurt anyone?"
"Hey, how many seros did you think you were firing? Huh," Hiyori slammed into (Y/n). (Y/n) gasped as she slid, holding the smaller woman even as the soreness in her bones rang.
"I just got back," (Y/n) roared. "Why can't you be gentler?" (Y/n) grimaced at the state Hiyori was in, taking on the torn clothing and beaten look. "Sorry," she sighed.
"Fifteen minutes," Kensei whistled.
"But it's the fastest hallowfication we've seen," Hachi nodded slowly. "And that's worrisome."
