She covered her mouth as she watched Kibune, a tree the only blockade from his sights. He seemed cold the first time she saw him but this was a different level. She hadn't seen him enter nor exit the Kasumioji manor but his behavior confirmed what the other soul reapers had said. She stepped back to flash step, the leaves of a bush shifting and giving her away. Kibune was in front of her with his own flash, his blade at her throat. She let it get there as theories went through her mind.
"You're like a pest," he stated.
"You have no idea," (Y/n) sniffed. He pressed the blade a bit, making a small cut as a warning.
"I'll have to silence you too," he sniffed quietly.
"You do realize who I am, right," she asked.
"I do. Some traitorous woman that has everyone wrapped around her finger," he kept his blade at her throat, standing straight and motioning at her with his head to move. "Walk."
"Where," she questioned. "If you think I'll quietly go with you, you're very wrong."
"You'll walk if you don't want that disgusting ability of your revealed," he snorted.
"What ability," she tried to stall, stepping away from the blade only to have it follow her.
"Your ability to control people. Don't act like I didn't see how your zanpakuto worked," he snorted. "You just need a bit of reishi to control anything your blade comes into contact with. You'll be arrested and executed when everyone finds out."
"Yet that isn't how that works."
"And who would believe you," he smirked. (Y/n) couldn't argue with him and it made her grimace. He knew what he was doing, utilizing the lack of trust the squads had with her to his advantage was a dirty move but a smart one. He motioned with his head again, "Now walk."
(Y/n) started walking, Kibune pulling her zanpakuto from her waist to disarm her. She was forced through the Kasumioji manor's gates, through a few rooms before down a few flights of stairs. She stared at Rurichiyo, her jaw clenching as she was made to walk into a cage similar to the one the blonde child was in. "You'll be out of the way here."
"What's your goal," (Y/n) asked as he locked the cage.
"Wouldn't you like to know," he sniffed. There came another set of footsteps and Kumoi walked into the room, clapping as he eyed (Y/n) with a victorious smirk.
"Congratulations," he chuckled.
"Hey, monkey-man," (Y/n) sniffed. "It must be nice to have an inside man, how'd you manage?"
"I have my ways," (Y/n) hit at the cage, making Kibune and Rurichiyo jerk back. "You're fairly hard to kill, Yamamoto. And very crafty."
"We all have our ways," (Y/n)'s hair was grabbed by Kibune and something clicked around her neck in top of the choker. She coughed as she fell to her knees, whatever it was tight but that wasn't the worst of it. It felt like something was taking her reishi and it left her weak. Her head hit the side of the cage, something being said as she blocked out.The maw that caged her didn't feel threatening but it still sent her into a panic. "Quit squirming," the order wasn't as harsh as it should have been but it made her stop as she was set down. She stared at Grimmjow and fixed the ruined shihakusho on her neck. He was a mess, his jaws drenched in blood along with his paws.
"Look at the poor kitty," she giggled.
"You are not allowed to die until I kill you myself, weasel," he snarled.
"Aw," she giggled. "You care about little old me."
"Shut up," he snapped. "I need rest and I know no one stronger to watch my back."
"What do I get out of it," she sniffed as he settled in the sand.
"You get to play with my food before I finish them off," he replied."Lady Yamamoto," the yell made (Y/n) turn a bit, her back against the rigid bars of the cage that felt like Grimmjow's side. Had she been like that with him multiple times? His personality was dirt but in those moments, he seemed to care. "Lady Yamamoto," she turned her head to Rurichiyo, forcing a small smile to her face.
"It's nice to see you, Lady Rurichiyo," (Y/n) smiled.
"I'm sorry for you getting involved," the girl hiccuped. (Y/n) stared and reached through the bars.
"Touch me," (Y/n) ordered. She stared and reached out, holding (Y/n)'s hand gently. "Do I feel worried?"
"What," Rurichiyo asked quickly.
"Lady Rurichiyo, I found you," (Y/n) chuckled. "I'm exactly where I need to be in this mess and I'm going to help you." Rurichiyo blinked, her hand squeezing slightly. "Kurosaki was worried about you. I can tell he's an older brother. What he said made me think a little; would you like to hear what I thought?"
"I-I can entertain it," she nodded. (Y/n) pulled her hand away and leaned closer to the girl.
"You're very brave but foolish," she stated. "You should have been more thoughtful about how the people around you felt but you didn't. You're lonely and you don't know how to communicate your thoughts properly in these situations."
"How rude," Rurichiyo gasped.
"But," (Y/n) leaned on the opposite side of the cage, facing the blonde. "You're like me that way. It doesn't make you worse off. It just means you need someone next to you for a time to make that better." Rurichiyo stared and rested up a bit.
"How about a story," (Y/n) asked. "Imprisonment doesn't have to be boring."
"You should shut up," Kibune slammed his foot on the ground and (Y/n) stared over at him.
"What did you do to my spiritual pressure," she sniffed.
"The Bakkouto is devouring it just enough to render you useless," he sniffed. (Y/n) felt at the collar on her neck and sniffed as he turned his attention to Rurichiyo. It wasn't just metal but something like smooth tendrils and she snorted at the technology, pulling Kibune's attention back.
"You just made me the best testimonial piece against you," (Y/n) laughed softly.
"Don't be so confident about getting out of here," Kibune snorted.
"I am," she laughed. She slammed against the cage, Kibune jerked back and she laughed at him louder. "Rurichiyo, cover your ears."
"What," the girl was pale as she stared wide eyed at (Y/n).
"Cover your ears. Entertain your cell mate," Kibune chuckled. Rurichiyo slowly covered her ears as (Y/n) stood as much as she could in the cage.
"I will rip you apart," she snapped angrily. "Limb from limb and no one, not even my grandfather, will be able to stop me. You'll feel the full extent of what I did in Hueco Mundo the minute I'm out if you so much as look at that little girl wrong again."
Kibune sniffed and kicked the side of her cage, "You'll die right next to this child you're so affectionate about, Yamamoto."
