(Y/n) flashed by the darker skinned arrancar, slicing at her thighs and hiding in Rangiku's zanpakuto. As long as she didn't create any wind, the particles wouldn't reveal her location to the enemy. Rangiku was explaining her zanpakuto as (Y/n) sliced at the long haired one and then the horned one, flashing out of the cloud as she swung the zanpakuto by its hooks. "Bankai," (Y/n) hissed.
"What are you doing," Rangiku shook her head from the momentary shock, moving her arms around to control the ash. (Y/n) could see the forms multiple ceros forming inside, pointing a blade at the whirlwind and forming her own at the end of it.
"Lieutenant," she called. She flashed in front of Rangiku, firing hers as the three fired theirs. The ceros collided, exploding from the center as (Y/n) let out a breath.
"What was that," the horned one snapped angrily.
"Didn't you just fire one," (Y/n) countered. Rangiku continued to control her blade, (Y/n) spun with her blades as she felt Soi Fon's spiritual pressure. The dark skinned arrancar blocked the repetitive strikes from the blades but missed the plate as (Y/n) kicked it down on her head. She shifted to the smaller one with a loud voice, the plate wrapping around the girl's neck as she twisted. (Y/n)'s legs wrapping around her waist, trapping her arms as the arrancar was slammed into the roof they stood on.
The thinner one struck out as (Y/n) pulled up, her strikes landing on her partner as (Y/n) used the plate to lead her in the way before unwrapping it and flashing next to Rangiku.
"Are you going to explain that," Rangiku grunted as she maneuvered her zanpakuto.
"Yeah, I can launch ceros," (Y/n) replied. "It comes in handy."
"And the bankai," Rangiku snorted the question.
"Since I woke up in Hueco Mundo," (Y/n) pulled at the strings of reishi she managed to hook, letting them stay loose as she stabbed the blades into the roof across the street. "Keep me covered," (Y/n) asked as she brought the plate up. She angled her feet so her heels rested in the blades and she held the plate up. "It needs time."
"Not a problem," Rangiku nodded. (Y/n) hurried the reishi along as Rangiku continued to fight. Rangiku was kicked back and (Y/n) gave a whistle as the blades rose. She moved aside, the three looking to (Y/n) with wide eyes as she released the attack. The long haired arrancar came back with the wind, stabbing her zanpakuto into (Y/n) shoulder and twisting it.
"Was that you're big move," she snorted. Rangiku's zanpakuto sliced between the two as (Y/n) flashed to her side.
"That did some damage," Rangiku panted. "I can't find a way to attack with Haineko."
"Take a breath," (Y/n) panted back. "I can get them pushed back a bit. I need to hook all of their reishi. Do you think they'll release any time soon?"
"I don't know," Rangiku huffed. Rangiku flashed, the angry arrancar catching her and throwing her back. (Y/n) grunted and watched a short burst of a cero get released to fend off Haineko as Rangiku was kicked back down. She had to figure out what that was, her eyes widening a bit behind the mask.
"You're not paying attention," the dark skinned arrancar swung and (Y/n) used the plate to block it, forming a cero and letting it launch prematurely as a fire ball took out a cero quickly going for Rangiku.
"Funny," (Y/n) snorted. "That attack didn't burn like it did before." She flashed, her blade stabbing into the arrancar's back. The angry one launched a spinning bracelet at Rangiku and Lieutenant Hinamori. (Y/n) flashed next to them quickly. Something stopped her and she grunted. Unable to move. "Hey," she yelled.
Hinamori stared and pointed her shikai at me, Rangiku quickly moving her hands down. (Y/n) fell through the kido net, pulling her visor up as she glared at the illusive Lieutenant. "You have some nerve pointing that at me," (Y/n) snapped.
"Watch your mouth, she's a Lieutenant, Yamamoto," Rangiku sighed.
"Doesn't matter, if you're here to help then good," (Y/n) glared at Hinamori and moved a bit closer. "If you hesitate, it's your head." (Y/n) had heard about the fifth division's Lieutenant; how mentally unstable she had become after Aizen's betrayal. She didn't know why her grandfather would allow the girl in the field when Aizen was there.
"Who are you," Hinamori asked quickly, her face pale. The three quickly looked up as the arrancar got stuck in the kido net Hinamori had set up. She slashed her zanpakuto through it, the entire like catching on fire and the net exploding.
"I got demoted. First Division Sixth Seat Yamamoto (Y/n)," (Y/n) replied. "I'll tell you the rest later if you live through this."
"Quit being rude," Rangiku slapped the back of (Y/n)'s head and she huffed. "I thought the warming of insubordination would have fixed this sooner!"
"It's warranted right now," (Y/n) barked. Her mask was pulled from her face and she stared at Hinamori as the girl looked it over in her hands.
"Is this a combat mask," she asked. The girl looked up and gasped, "Your- your eyes."
(Y/n) snatched it back, "Seriously. They're releasing." The spiritual pressure from the three arrancar made them look up. The single horned one now looked like a deer, the dark skinned a lion, and the long haired one a snake woman as the three looked down on the soul reaper women.
"They're unscarred," Hinamori cried out.
"Yeah, it happens," (Y/n) barked. It was Rangiku who explained it as (Y/n) prepped her own cero to combat the deer arrancar's. Hinamori shot another fireball from her zanpakuto, meeting the cero and holding it long enough for (Y/n) to launch hers and overtake it, the other girl staring at her in utter confusion. "Keep your damn head in the game!"
Rangiku launched her zanpakuto and (Y/n) let her blades dangle with the plate in her hands. The arrancar each held their left arms, the limbs glowing red and conjoining to start forming something. (Y/n) starting packing her spiritual pressure into the plate, letting the blades wrap around her sides. Azuma no Ha wasn't going to cut it as extra spiritual pressure from the chimera the arrancar created pressed down on them. She needed to use a bigger technique.
"I need a few seconds, Lieutenants," she wheezed.
"You launched that attack already," Rangiku stated for a moment before her mouth formed a small 'o'. (Y/n) could already feel the plate burning her hands as the thin rope wrapped around her legs, the blades dangling past her feet.
"Different technique," (Y/n) nodded quickly. She made the mouth tear open to the mask, forming a cero from her open mouth. She fired it, the arrancar dodging the oversized cero and grunting a bit. She had heard their names before and she quickly wrote them down; Apache, Sun-Sun, and Mira Rose. The chimera creature lunched, slicing through Rangiku before being stopped by (Y/n)'s plate as she growled at it.
Hinamori launched after Rangiku and the chimera turned to go after her, (Y/n) spinning and slicing at it with a blade as she kicked out. She was stopped mid spin, her eyes wide as she was thrown down after the two.
