CHAPTER 25: LAST YEAR

Keyizah's POV

We already in our last year in college. The time was so fast to the point that we don't know anymore.

We're in our class and our prof is discussing our lesson. We're in the 2nd semester already and I'm so happy that we made it up to the end.

"Okay class, next month we will be held our acquaintance party. We do not force you to join, but I hope you all can attend this event. It's your last year in college and you deserve to celebrate." Prof said.

Na-excite ako sa magaganap next month. Last year kasi meron din kami niyan pero di ako nakapunta.

"Iz, pupunta ka ba?" Kelly ask.

"Yes. Pupunta na ako this time." Saad ko at nakaramdam ng excitement.

"Good. Wala ka rin last year eh. Sayang." Saad ni Cindy.

"Don't worry. I'll go this time." Saad ko at ngumiti.

Magkaklase pa rin kami nina Kelly at Cindy. And sina Eliz at Keziah ganoon rin. Nasa pareho pa rin kaming building dahil 1st to 4th year ang meron sa bawat building ng department namin.

Two weeks past, and our final exams are coming. After that, we can enjoy our acquaintance party next month.

We decided that will be having our group study for the upcoming exam. The five of us, with Keziah and Eliz have a group study in our house.

Keziah together with Eliz is studying also Their lesson and I, Kelly and Cindy are studying are lessons also.

It's Friday, and they decided that they'll sleeping here so we can start our group study up to Sunday. Kailangan naming pag-aralan ang bawat aralin namin dahil napaka-importanteng bagay ang final exams and we can't graduate if we fail even a single subject.

And thank God, we already finished our thesis. Couple of months, our prof gave us our topic to be conduct and do a thesis. And I am thankful that I have not so enough idea to do this thesis. We need to pass it before our finals. And the finals is held, last week of the month.

"Iz, saan yung reviewer natin sa Geography? Wala dito sa'kin eh." Tanong ni Cindy.

"Wala dito sa'kin. Tanong mo kay Kelly."

"Kels, saan yung reviewer natin sa Geography? Na sa'yo ba?" Tanong naman ni Cindy kay Kelly.

"Oh here. Andito pala sa'kin. Oh ito." Abot ni Kelly Kay Cindy ng mahanap niya ito.

Habang nagrereview kami ng aralin namin ay pumasok si mom sa kwarto.

"Kumain muna kayo. Maya niyo nalang ipagpatuloy yan."

Bumaba na kami sa dining para kumain. Habang kumakain ay nagku-kwentuhan kami.

"Oh, kumuzta naman ang pag-aaral niyo?"

"It's okay naman tito. Mahirap, but we'll try our best." Saad ni Eliz. "We're doing great also with Keziah." Dagdag nito.

"Good to hear naman. How about the three of you? How's your school?" Mom ask.

"It's okay rin naman tita, we're having some good time also. Though, it's quiet hard sometimes." Si Kelly naman ang sumagot sa tanong ni mom.

"It's okay. It's just a part of your success. You encounter some challenges before you make it well done. It's good to hear that you are keep going on your dreams. And don't give up. Malapit nalang at magga-graduate na kayo." Saad ni mom at napangiti kami.
