"It's crazy to me how you just left me, no way you love me like you say you do..." Chris raised an eyebrow, following Maleah around the kitchen to her condo that she was finally back at. Turning to look at him with her head slightly tilted, she could only shake her head at how dramatic he was being.

"Chris-."

"Niggas save you, house you, take care of the kids, clean up, and they girl still leave them. Y'all really ain't shit." He shook his head, causing Maleah to place her hands on her hip while staring at him in disbelief. "Don't look at me like you shocked, why you won't just stay with me." He whined, pulling her back by her belt loop before wrapping his arms around her frame. Leaning down a little bit, he rested his chin on her shoulder with his hands clasped together in front of her body.

Since the dinner, Maleah chose to go back to her own house rather than staying in Chris'. She had a couple reasons why, with one of those being the fact that since learning about Kordell's death, she knew her sister would be finding some comfort in her occasionally. She wasn't doing all that bad since waking up from passing out, clearly grieving his death but she was trying to take it one day at a time. However what Maleah didn't know was that she wanted vengeance, and that was what she planned on getting whether she told anyone or not.

"I don't just want to leave you, but if we aren't moving in together right now then I'm not just gonna keep paying for this house and not being here. And we're still in the cupcake stage of our relationship baby, you know normal me and you can not thrive if we around each other 24/7..." She turned her head as best as she could to look at him, knowing he would try to find a way to argue with her about it.

"What about Nova...?" Straight facing him, Maleah looked at him as if he was dumb considering they had a system before they chose to got together which was working perfectly fine.

"Chris-."

"If you don't love me no more then just say that." He shrugged, just as the doorbell rang. Eyeing him briefly, Maleah chose to just not say anything since his little fit would pass over eventually. Walking towards the door with the sound of quick patter from what she assumed to be Kaiden running to the door also, Maleah smiled at the feeling of his small body crashing into her legs.
