The two heroes walked down the hallway "Does he live here?" Robbie asked. Kurt shook his head. "Nah. His dad and I are good friends, so he allows him to stay here sometimes." Robbie nodded. "So which superhero is his dad?" Kurt laughed. "His dad isn't a abberant.  Mirage is the super-powered one. Thats his mom by the way." he said. Robbie raised an eyebrow. But isn't Mirage's power illusions? How does Starlad have light powers?" Robbie asked. Kurt frowned. "I actually never thought about it." he said. Robbie continued walking with Kurt until he reached the room labeled COSTUMES AND DESIGNS. Opening the door, Kurt gestured the excited boy inside. Robbie smiled appreciatively, walking inside, careful to hide his excitement. Inside the room, there were gleaming glass cases with various suits. Robbie walked by a couple of the suits, trying to find the right one. Passing a black coat with sleek chrome coloured goggles with dark glass and a thin elastic band, Robbie stopped. The suit looked like something a vampire would wear. "Who's suit is this?"he asked.  Kurt laughed uncomfortably. "Uh- yeah, oh that. Well...back when i was seventeen, I um- I dunno, I guess I thought that it made me look cool. Robbie stifled his laughter quickly diverting his attention to at the goggles.

Opening the crystal /glass-like casing, he took  the goggles up, . Robbie zipped  across the room, picking up a red leather jacket. Robbie slipped the red jacket on, and then tried to fit the goggles over his mask. The goggles slipped over his head suddenly, the elastic band hitting him in the back of the head. Robbie rubbed the back of his head, fixing the goggles properly over his eyes.  Kurt saw the boy wearing the red jacket, freezing. The waves of remorse  him harder than any enemy ever could. J could the man falling on the ground, again and again. "Hey Kurt, you good?" Robbie asked. Kurt nodded rapidly. " Oh, me- uh- yeah um i- yeah, I'm good." Robbie laughed. "If i look silly, you need to tell me." Kurt faked a laugh. "Ok ok. You're right. That outfit is just not for you."Kurt said. Robbie laughed. Ok ok i'll change it. Zipping around, he changed the jacket and got a more armored look. He picked up a shining  chesplate, with two simple pauldrons, before deciding that it wasnt his style. Looking at another case, he saw a black domino mask with a black suit. Robbie opened the suit's glasslike case, picking up the mask.  Robbie held it to his face. "I like this." he announced. Looking around for a suit, he realized that he didn't like any of them. Leaning on a wall, he heard a whirring. The wall slowly turned around showing Robbie a yellow suit, with a small cape and gloves.

Kurt smiled, leaning against the door frame. "That was my old suit, back when I was Solaris." Noting Robbie's confusion, Kurt explained further: "Back then, they thought I drew power from the sun. Hence the name and the colours. After we found out the true source of my powers, I ditched the name, but i guess the colours stuck." Robbie raised an eyebrow.  "Try it on!" Kurt said, smiling enthusiastically.
Taking off his gloves Robbie  pulled on the armour like gloves, flexing his fingers. It was surprisingly light, despite its appearance. A display panel on the top of his wrist lit up.  It showed the number 0 on its face. Pointing out the panel, Robbie asked: "What's this for?" Kurt looked at the panel. "Oh, that. That  was to show my laser cannon percentage. From what I've seen, you have laser vision,  so i don't think you would need that. Robbie took off his jeans and shirt, hauling on the suit infront of him. He walked up to the mirror, looking at his suit. Robbie shook his head. "Definitely not my style."Robbie said smiling. Kurt shrugged. "No problem. We can  search for materials then. The you can tell me what sort of suit you would like. " Robbie shook his head. "Nah, i don't wanna cause you extra work or stuff." Kurt held up his hands. "No i insist." Robbie nodded, smirking. "Ok then."
