𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗯𝗶𝗲: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

New Beginnings

Robbie thought about his best option. If he tried to run on the water, even at superspeed, he would arouse suspicion. As he stood there thinking about what to do, he heard footsteps coming. Robbie slipped into the water. Diving down deep, he put his arms in front of him, then suddenly clapping it to his sides, giving him enough momentum to get away from there. Keeping his hands at his sides, he sailed through the water at great speed. As he neared the beach, Robbie started flailing his hands, realizing that he couldn't stop. Robbie slammed into the sand headfirst. Getting out of the sand, Robbie dusted himself off and spat sand out of his mouth. Robbie remembered a trick he learned to use anytime he had a massive amount of dirt or anything else on him. Robbie started spinning around and around at super speed, only to realize he was drilling himself into the beach. "Gaaah!" Robbie exclaimed. It was almost next period. Lunch time wouldn't go on forever. Jumping out of the sand,he gathered sand and placed it back it the hole. Robbie ran through the city racing the time. He had 20 minutes to get to school. He was 150 miles away. Do the math, did he get to school on time?

Yes he did. Robbie pushed his class door open where only a few children, including Brett Jones the school's resident playboy(who was sweet talking some girls into doing his homework for him). Robbie walked over to his seat. "Oy! mate! Ya don't think ya could come back later, eh?" Robbie looked at him. The boy moved the hair out of his face, looking at Robbie expectantly. Robbie sighed and walked out of the room. The bell would ring soon anyway. He went to Herbie and Ferbie's class. They had some of the classes he had but they had a few extra classes that he didn't have. For all their badness, they could build one heck of a robot. They won first place last year(and the year before etc). Robbie smiled lifting his hand slightly. They waved back enthusiastically showing off their new iron man robot, which was real metal with custom light up hands. The bell rang alerting him to get to class.

As he got to class he saw Jessica and Jasper having a chat. They seemed to be pretty friendly with each other. Johnny was in the back being a third wheel. Robbie hurried over to his seat where Brett sat. "Excuse me. This is my seat." He said. Brett laughed. Oy mate don't ya see that I'm sittin' 'ere"? Go wait until I'm done. Robbie asked him again. "Get off my chair." "Now!" "I aint goin nowhere!" "Now back off jerk face!" Robbie grabbed the boy by his sweater. "Look man I just want my seat". The boy laughed, then tried to hit Robbie's face. Robbie caught his fist, looking him in the eye with a steely gaze. Robbie grabbed his hand throwing him to the side causing Brett to fall onto the floor. Brett stopped laughing holding his hand in disbelief. The class spun around, looking at them. He whipped out a knife slashing at Robbie's face. Enraged, he shouted "AH WILL TEACH YA A LESSEN YA BLOODY PIP SQUEAK!" Robbie didn't need to use his abilities, as he knew how to fight. Grabbing Brett's hand he squeezed his wrist then pinned it to his back. Brett tried to move his hand but Robbie held it with a firm grip causing him the drop to his knees in pain. Dropping the knife, Brett started to plead, grunting: Ok! Ok! Let meh go! Letting his hand go, Robbie picked up the knife and folded it, giving it back to him. "Learn to fight, ya fight like a girl." Robbie said, causing the class to snicker.

Sitting in his seat, Robbie saw Jessica chatting with Jasper. Soon he saw Jasper writing something on a piece of paper. Looking at it with his telescopic vision, he saw that it was his number. Robbie smiled. Jasper was doing good. He turned around looking at his class. Everyone was talking with their friends. However he had something more important to do. He pulled out his phone and texted his mom. He had to notify her about this. Not seeing her reply he stepped outside. Hurrying to the bathroom, he saw Damien walking to class, visibly upset. Robbie looked at the bathroom's door knob, feeling a bit guilty. He picked it up and was about to try to put it back on when he saw a student coming to the bathroom. Seeing the knob in Robbie's hand, he asked : "You broke it?" Robbie looked down at the knob in his hand. "Oh this? Nah i found it here." he lied. The kid nodded and continued to the bathroom. Robbie went into the bathroom And took out his phone. Ringing his mom's phone, he waited for her to reply. When his mother answered he noticed she was whispering. "Mom?" He asked, worry evident in his voice. "Whats wrong?" "Some thugs are following me. I think they are trying to mug me." Robbie's eyes widened.

Dropping his phone, Robbie took off his jacket and shot through the door going full speed. There were no cameras here anyway so they wouldn't see him. He sped through the town leaving only a blur in his path. Realizing that he didn't know where she was, Robbie listened out for her. At first he didn't hear her, making him frustrated, until he heard a gunshot a few streets away. With all his speed, Robbie shot through the streets realizing that time had slowed severely. He still had a chance. He finally reached where his mom was, speeding infront of her catching the bullet. Crushing the bullet in his hand, Robbie's eyes lit up with lasers, his teeth gritted. Robbie grabbed the two crooks by the shirt. They were terrified. One of them started to beg for his life, and the other started to pee himself. Robbie vibrated his vocal cords and himself to sound and look scary. Slamming them onto a wall, he growled at them. "IF I EVER CATCH YOU TRYNA KILL ANYONE, YOU WILL GET A VISIT FROM ME. YOU FEELING ME?" "y-y-yes sir." The frightened thugs said. Robbie threw them both on the ground and grabbed a metal pole and wrapped it around them. After sticking the poles into the wall so they couldnt move, he told the people to call the police. Then he went over to his mom, to make sure she was alright. Robbie then shot off back to school. Going back to the bathroom, Robbie decided he was definitely keeping his powers.
