Christian's POV - 28 September 2019

Life has been pretty tough on me for years now. From working from a very tender age to secure a livelihood for me and my baby sister; to having to abandon school most of the times because I was too tired because I got off work late. In simpler terms, life has been pretty rough on me for quite some time, but now I feel like things are easing, just a tad bit. Well, I actually don't like thinking that things are looking up, because I might as well jinx them. I mean, I feel like it was just yesterday when I expressed my love for Andie, only for him to crush it, just a few days later...

I shake my head at these negative thoughts. I've been so happy lately, and I don't want my thoughts to put a damper on my mood. Especially not today because Andrew and I have a date planned. I beam at the thought. We both don't have the money to go to fancy restaurants, so he suggested that I come over to his Aunt's house, and he'll cook, so I agreed. I'd be really foolish if I shut down an opportunity to have him cook for me again. Andrew may have a lot of problems, but cooking isn't one. I am brought out of my stupor when my phone starts ringing.

I head to the bed and pick up the phone, oh speak of the devil and he shall call, or whatever it is that they say.

"Baby" I greet into the phone.

"Hi Ian" he says back. Is it weird that I can tell over the phone that he's smiling like an idiot?

"You good?"

"Yeah, I'm good. You?" he asks.

"I'm good now that I've talked to you. I missed you."

He laughs, "I was with you last night."

"That's in the past, so it really doesn't count Cupcake" I express smugly.

"You're weird" he chuckles, and I follow suit. "I just wanted to make sure that you'd still be coming over?"

"Yes Sweetheart, I wouldn't miss it for the world" I state honestly, making him giggle. "Did you just giggle, Honey?"

The line goes silent for a moment, and I'm convinced he isn't going to bother responding...until, "What if I did, Chicken Nuggets?"

"Chicken Nuggets Andrew? Really?" I burst out laughing.

"What?" he asks slowly. "I'm not as good as you, but appreciate that I'm trying."

"I appreciate you trying Love, I just didn't expect that" I say, my laugh dying down.

"Whatever" he sighs. "I'll see you in an hour, okay?"

"I'll see you. I love you."

"I love you too" he replies, making me smile, before he hangs up.

Goodness, how can a single person be responsible for so much of my happiness? This shouldn't be humanely possible, but for some odd reason, it is. When I finally regained my consciousness after the accident, I was certain that I would never be able to smile as hard as I do now, because I was certain that Andrew and I were done for good. I had worked my ass off to remember how much bad he had done to me; but when he showed up, all wet and a mess, my heart slowly but surely melted at the beautiful sight that stood before me. The massive wall I had built around my heart, crumbled, and I hate myself for giving him another chance so easily, but I love myself so much more for allowing him back into my life, because he is the source of my happiness.

"You look silly" Bella says, as she barges into my room.

"Hey! Don't you knock anymore?" I question wide eyed.

"Yep" she responds as matter of fact. "Are you going somewhere?" she asks, gesturing to the clothes I have laid out on the bed.

"Yeah, Andrew and I have a date."

"Oh that's good, enjoy" she answers, already making her way out of the door.

"I'll be gone for an hour or two!" I shout after her. "Don't take that as an opportunity to watch the Food Network and experiment here!"

"I'm helping you out!" she yells, and laughs loudly. Since she spent the most of her time in the past few weeks alone, she thinks she's old. I mean, I wasn't comfortable with the idea of leaving her alone, but the accident forced me to be comfortable. The fact that she didn't burn the house down while I was gone means that I can trust her, and I smile at the thought. They grow up so fast. I cringe at my thoughts, I sound like such a mom.

I shake my head and rid myself of these 'mom thoughts', and decide to get ready for my date. Good God, I am so excited.

I knock on the door that Andrew gave me the address to, catching my breath in the process. Don't you dare judge me, it's been so long since I last had a walk...

The door swings open and my mouth drops to the floor in shock. He looks prettier than he did yesterday, I think. How does he look so beautiful so effortlessly? I mean, he's wearing blue jeans, a black shirt and air force ones, nothing much. And then, it all clicks, it's the freaking apron! Oh I totally dig this look!

"Hey Baby" I greet, after getting ahold of myself. He's so beautiful.

"You're so pretty" he says, catching me off guard, and I smile.

"You're just as pretty My Love" I reply, and his cheeks turn rosy at my words. How can someone be hot and cute at the same time? I have no idea, but that is the exact definition of Andrew.

For a moment, we just stand there starring into each other's eyes, before I lose my cool, and I step forward, grabbing his waist and pulling him closer to me, before I make an attempt to kiss him...

"What are you doing?" he asks, pulling his head back.

"I'm kissing my boyfriend" I state obviously.

He stays quiet and looks at me, "Okay then, what are you waiting for?" he asks. So I inch closer and closer to him, and finally our lips meet, in a ground shaking kiss, my hand still firm on his waist, and his arm drops on my shoulder, pulling our bodies even closer.

The heat of his body against mine, makes heat rise within me, more especially in a specific region downstairs, as my member comes to life, and all of a sudden Andrew breaks the kiss and takes a step back.

"What's wro-" I stop mid-question when I see where his eyes are trained. Oh no. He must have felt my hard on because of the close proximity of our bodies, that's why his eyes are trained below my belt.

I cough, in an attempt to get his attention, and succeed,

"Oh sh-shit" he stammers, flushing. "I'm s-sorry for st-starring" he apologizes.

"No it's cool Andie. Let's just go inside before this turns way more steamy" I chuckle.

"Okay Peaches" he says shyly, walking inside the house. Is that his new nickname for me, because if it is, then there is obviously a problem. A big one at that. As I look at his behind as he walks inside the house, I can't help my member from twitching in my pants. He's the one that's got all the peaches, not me.
