"Oi, Pan! There is some important news that might interest you." Announced one of the Lost Boys as Peter and I entered the camp.
"Well, if it's important I'm sure as hell interested in it, Drake." Peter replied sarcastically.
I glanced in his direction to see him roll his eyes. The boy, whose name is Drake, nodded and scratched the back of his head.
"Right eh, follow me then." He replied in his thick Irish accent.
Peter turned to me, his eyes as cold as always, making me sigh mentally.
"You go change, I'll find you something you can do." He ordered and I nodded my head, too tired to argue back.
I walked to my cabin where I changed into my jeans and shirt. I looked at my shoes from the party. They were completely destroyed by all the running and walking I did on Neverland.
"I am not wearing you around here." I mumbled and closed my eyes.
When I opened them again, a small smile krept on my lips as I stared at a pair of black high top converse shoes. I walked over to them and put them on, immediately feeling more comfortable and less exposed. I was getting pretty good at this.
I then walked to the mirror that hung above my dresser and sighed. My hair was a mess and my skin was paler than normally. Dark circles underlined my eyes which had a faded shade of green. I looked like a mess.I quickly pulled my hair up in a high ponytail and gently pinched my cheeks to give them more colour. After that was done, I walked out and towards Peter's office. It was a small tree house really but it was the only place he was when he was on campus. I climbed the stairs and stopped when I reached the top. Pushing myself up so that I had fully entered the tree house.
I looked around, taking in the now familiar place. I had been here before, multiple times actually, since Peter wanted to yell at me here every time I did something wrong again.
My eyes landed on two well build boys who stood before a window.
"-I don't bloody care what he says. He's a prisoner, I'm not going to set him free just because he can't go off this island. I don't trust him enough and what if he finds the-" Peter's voice stopped talking and the two boys turned around.
I recognized them. Nate and Roy. Roy gave me a dirty smirk and looked me up an down while Nate just grinned at me.
"Looks like the princess found out about the wishing" He stated.
I glared at him and rested my gaze on Peter who sat on the window sill.
"Have you found something for me or not?" I asked, getting straight to the point.
Peter smirked.
"Well, since I heard about the pirate incident from Nate here, I have come to the conclusion to let him teach you how to fight. We don't want you to be taken to the Jolly Roger so that the pirates can blackmail us." Peter announced, grinning darkly.
I sighed.
"Fighting? I suck at that!" I whined.
"Well that's why Nate will tutor you. You'll begin right now." Peter replied.
I glared at him as Nate walked towards me, standing next to me but his body facing the wall that stood behind me. He leaned down towards me so that his hot breath was fanning my ear.
"Come on, it's not that bad." He whispered into my ear.
I gritted my teeth as I still stared into Peter's green eyes. I didn't like fighting, it meant that people would get hurt and I hated the idea of that. I was a peace-to-the-world-person. But then something popped up in my head. If I learned to fight, I could get out of here with ease. I could fight the Lost Boys and even if I still hated the idea of hurting someone, I knew that it had to be done.
