Exotic birds chirped happily as I walked through the forest. Sunlight shone through the green leaves, giving them an even more light green colour.

My thoughts were in a totally different place.

What is my mother doing right now? She must know that I'm missing. Did the boys and girls tell her about the game? Maybe she's preparing herself to come and get me.

I hadn't realised that I had zoned out until my feet sunk slightly in sand. I looked around me. I was on a beach...My eyes trailed over the sand and the rocks that surrounded me. It looked pretty familiar. And then my eyes fell on a small boat that was on land. A big wooden ship was in the water a few yards away.

I decided to take a closer look and slowly moved towards the boat but as I got closer, I started to hear voices and shouting. I hid behind a rock and peeked to get a better sight of the situation.

There were a few men in old worn out clothes, standing in a circle and doing different stuff.

Pirates.

One man stood out of them all. He wore a red cape and had long black hair that reached his shoulders. When he turned around, I immediately recognized him.

Hook.

"SILENCE!!" He demanded over his pirates voices, making them shut up.

"We all know what the plan is. We will scatter around and look for Pan's layer. If someone finds it, he will warn the others, and don't that person dare, to steal anything of my gold otherwise I'll feed him to the sharks."

Well, here is one character that stays the same. I thought.

Wait a minute...he said layer and gold. Suddenly, an escape plan came to mind and a grin spread across my face. I had to get closer, but what if they saw me?

Looking around, my eyes fell upon a sword. I quickly snatched it away and held it tightly in my hand. Taking one deep breath, I stood up from my hiding spot and started walking towards the pirates. My heart pumping out of my chest.

I caught a pirates gaze and my breath hitched in my throat as his eyes widened and he pointed in my direction.

"A girl!" He said as if he had never seen one. Well, he probably had seen one but was too old to remember.

Everyone turned around and stared at me in shock.

"A girl." Hook repeated, seeming deep in thoughts.

This was a bad idea. I have to get out of here. I thought as I turned around, holding on to the sword. I then began to run. I didn't care where I went as long as I could outrun those men.

"Get her!!" I heard Hook demand and cursed.

Soon, five pirates where hot on my trail.

Shizballs!!! Why did I even think this was a good plan?!

I ran through the trees, making sharp turns and trying to outrun them but they were fast...too fast.

Yells were heard through the forest and my breathing quickened. My lungs and legs starting to burn from running. I quickly glanced over my shoulder to see two pirates right behind me, sick grins on both of their faces as they knew that they had caught me.

And suddenly, a hand came out of nowhere and pulled me off of the path I was running on. I was pulled into some bushes that were near by and pushed against a chest. I was about to yell for help when a hand was slapped on my mouth. I felt warm breath upon the back of my neck, causing goosebumps to form on my skin.
