"What's happening over there?" Taehyung asked curiously, watching the scene at the entrance of the arena unfold.
"Nothing," Jeongguk mumbled without even looking, "let's just dance," he said, but Taehyung shook his head. He didn't want to dance anymore. He wanted to know why some drunk man was causing a commotion at the entrance.
However, just as fast as it started, it ended, and the man was dragged out.
Taehyung sighed. "Who do you think he is?" he asked Jeongguk, who was now glaring at the entrance. "I don't know," Jeongguk spat through his teeth and retreated back to his seat, his mood being ruined for the night.
After the wedding, Jeongguk drove Taehyung to their new villa, one that Jeongguk's parents and Taehyung's parents had bought for them together.
"Don't tell anyone where we live, okay?" Jeongguk said on their way back.
Taehyung threw him a frown. "Why?" he asked. "I don't want any nuisance in the house," Jeongguk replied and earned a sour look and a glare from his husband in return.
'Did this man just refer to our friends and guests as nuisance?!' he thought, but when they reached the house, he found Seokjin, Yoongi, Hoseok and Namjoon already arranging furniture for them.
After they left, Taehyung got changed and fell onto the bed, feeling the exhaustion of the day creeping up his bones.
When Jeongguk entered the bedroom after a while, he half expected the man to kick him out or go and sleep in another room, but Jeongguk just changed his clothes in the washroom and wordlessly joined him on the bed, scooting towards the corner as much as possible.
'Aish, this man,' Taehyung rolled his eyes again and got off the bed, rounding to the other side of it, "I'll go and sleep in the other room if you are that uncomfortable with sleeping together," he said after noticing that his husband would fall off the bed if he scooted another half-an-inch.
".....okay," Jeongguk said with a small smile and grunted as he scooted back towards the centre of the bed, adjusting himself comfortably.
Taehyung stood there, staring at Jeongguk with his jaw on the floor. Did he just say 'okay' just like that? Was he not going to deny and ask Taehyung to just sleep and that married couples were supposed to use the same room? Was this man not even going to open his eyes to look at him?
He hated him. He hated him with every single cell and tissue in his body.
He stomped back to his side of the bed, picked his phone up and stomped out of the room before Jeongguk could open his eyes and see the smoke coming out of his ears.
"If I say I'll go and sleep in the other room, he'll just say okay?! He'll just kick me out like that?! Wait till I get my hands on him, I'm not gonna leave that Ajeossi alone!!" he ranted and Jimin cackled harder on the other end of the call.
"He is such....such a mood," Jimin laughed and Taehyung snapped at him to shut his filthy mouth. "I can't believe it!! Who does he think I am?! I'll show him what I am and I'll make him regret even looking at me, you wait and watch!!" Taehyung exclaimed.
The house was silent and he knew his words would get carried to the bedroom, but he didn't care. He wanted that man to know he was pissed. He wanted that man to know who he was messing with.
"Oh my gooooood!!!" Jimin cackled like a witch, "why do I love him so much?!"
"Shut up!! You are supposed to love me!! Not him!!" Taehyung snapped again and continued with his rant, "seriously, if not for this cute little villa, I would have left his ass and would have gone back home already....rude-ass motherfucker!!"
