"Breakfast."
Taehyung woke up to just that word and the sound of knuckles rapping against the door once again. He sat up and rubbed his eyes sleepily with a sour expression.
A week had passed by since their wedding and this was how Taehyung woke up every morning. And it made him sourer and sourer with every passing day.
Would it hurt his husband to say a nice and sweet 'good morning' or 'wake up, Taehyung' instead? Why was he so unromantic? Who woke their husband up this way?
With the sour expression still on, he walked straight into the washroom to freshen up. As usual, he walked down to the aroma of tasty breakfast, and wished Jeongguk a 'good morning', receiving a nod and a 'morning' in return.
Jeongguk didn't seem too fond of going places and thus, Taehyung didn't suggest anything and spent the week searching for a job and watching movies.
He was currently on the couch, lying on his stomach with his legs up in the air, stalking through Jeongguk's account on Instagram while Jeongguk worked on his laptop on the other couch.
Taehyung realized that Jeongguk didn't post much, but he found a few posts interesting. Mainly the ones without the beard. One look at them and he understood why Jeongguk's mother and friends made such a fuss about him looking like a beggar with it. He didn't even have words to describe the clean-shaven look enough.
He screenshotted a couple of them and scrolled towards the older photos until a particular one caught his eye.
