Two months, Two weeks, Two days, Two hours, Two minutes, Two seconds, Two milliseconds later.......

"I hope you enjoy your meal, good sirs," Jeongguk bowed as he placed the pizza on the table. "We're sure we will," his customers, Taehyung and Jimin said, rubbing their hands excitedly.

Jeongguk took a few steps away from them and stood with his arms in front of him, standing like a waiter would while the two rats enjoyed the pizza that they had pestered the life out of him to make for them.

Who was that idiot who thought it would be a great idea to boast to his husband smugly that he was good at making pizzas?

It had been four months since they got married, and he should have known by now that his husband would immediately relay that gem of an information to his best friend and that the two rats would then harass him until he actually made them the pizzas that they wanted.

He really should have known. But alas, he had not. He had not imagined he would spend his weekend's first evening sweating over impressing his husband and friend with his pizza-making skills.

Over the first four weekends after Dohyeon's birthday, he and his husband had been on countless dates despite the virus killing people all over the world and had had the times of their lives enjoying with each other.

But then, the work-from-home culture started and they didn't go on dates anymore, what with the pandemic making Taehyung terrified to even step out of the house. However, the first four weeks had made a great impact on Jeongguk's mind.

It was like a new gateway that opened for him. A gateway for him to explore the world the way his husband did.

And he enjoyed opening up and losing himself to his surroundings so much that he had even let his husband hold his hands and spin around in fast circles out in the public on one of those weekends.

He vividly remembered the euphoria and the giddy joy he had felt at the moment when he let go of everything weighing his shoulders down and laughed freely as he spun around, holding his stomach later and bending down when the world around him spun crazily.

And the amusement park might have lost all of its birds when Taehyung forced him to scream on the roller coaster and the other rides. And somehow, once Jeongguk started channelling his adrenaline into his screams, he just couldn't stop. Together, he and his husband screamed and laughed so hard that they literally saw a couple of birds flying away.

And Taehyung had also taken him to a baseball match one day, saying "you watch them on TV anyway, I don't know how you even get satisfied with it if you are really a fan of sports!! I'll show you the real fun!!"

There weren't many people in the stands, seeing as the pandemic was increasing with every passing second, but still, Jeongguk didn't regret a single moment of that particular evening.

He didn't remember when he joined his husband in yelling for the leading team, but at some time, he just didn't care anymore. The joy that he had seen on his husband's face when he joined him in the cheering was all he needed.

So what if people thought he was weird? It was a match, anyway. Every single person was yelling.

It felt like Taehyung had made it his mission to make him see the world through his eyes. As if he had made it his mission to make Jeongguk have all the fun in the world.

Even if they couldn't go out for dates, Taehyung arranged all kinds of crazy dates for them on the terrace so that they could still enjoy their free time.

Even though it was a little bothersome to their neighbours at the beginning, it didn't seem that way anymore. They noticed a few of their neighbours having noisy rooftop dates as well to cope with the pandemic in their own way. They even ended up making a few noisy rooftop friends among them.
