Before I start this poem I just thought you should know that I have written one other where I'm from poem on the other poems book i have so if you have not seem that please check it out :)

I am from loving parents
Richard and Lisa
from annoying siblings
Megan and Jordan (though I call him bub

I am from unruly hair
and questions about my bracelets
"how many do you have?"
too many to count

I am from reading and writing
to music blaring in my room
from fear of everything
and a cat who hates me

I am from never leaving my room
and living in a world of myths and legends
where Merlin, Robin Hood, and the Winchesters are real
and from Doctor Who to Harry Potter

I am from eating birthday cake ice cream on the porch with my best friend
to laughing at random with the same person
from loving my trumpet
and hating soda and coffee

I am from grandma driving me to school
and knowing of death at a young age (RIP Rino <3)
from crushing on people
I have no chance with

I am from heart break and picking up the pieces
and best friends moving away
from having few friends
but still having a love for everybody

I am from Instagram, Wattpad, and poetry
and creating characters of my own
from TV shows and books that make me cry
to siblings who dry my tears

I am from a loving family
and helpful hands
from feeling safe
and smiling everyday
