My heart hurts
my head hurts
my stomach hurts
my body hurts
my heart is breaking
my head a swirling with unfathomable thoughts
my stomach tied in knots
and my body is trembling with fear
I'm broken you see
you never notice me
my mind is killing me
and you don't notice
i paint the most believable smile
so you never see
these broken tears
hidden behind a mask
