Sweaty palms on the trouser leg. And pick my loving nephew up. Thanks Eli for wanting to be carried. Andrew has Isabella in a front carrier, Carina has ahold of the hand that isn't supporting Eli and Amelia is on my left. AJ is walking slightly behind her while holding her hand.

- Carina : We'll be fine bella

- Amelia : Okay. I'm knocking

- Carolyn : Wow. This seems like a party. Come in, come in. LIZ

- Lizzie : Amelia. Y/n

- Amelia : Hey Liz. Hey Mom

- Carolyn : Come here. you've grown so much since I saw you Amelia

Please don't mention me. I haven't seen my Mom or Lizzie in years and last time I saw them I was high. I probably did something stupid too.

- Carina : I bought some food

- Lizzie : Follow me. Come on Amelia. You too. Leave Mom with Y/n

- Amelia : Come on boys. Let's go with Auntie Liz

- y/n : Mom this is Andrew-

- Carolyn : I must say, I am surprised that you have a husband let alone a child. You've grown up y/n/n

- y/n : Oh ahaha. Mom this is Andrew, Carina's brother. Carina is my girlfriend

- Carolyn : That makes more sense to me. Is this your baby?

- Andrew : Yeah. This is Isabella Blake Deluca

- y/n : What do you mean "that makes more sense"?

- Carolyn : Well you never really hid it my dear. When I came home one day and found you and a girl asleep naked upstairs it confirmed it

- y/n : Oh god. When was this?

- Carolyn : You must've been 16. Not very old

My Mom walked in on me asleep with another girl. That girl was one of Amelia's friends. She was like 20. Yeah she was slightly younger then Amy. Oh god. Oh no. I was literally 16. I'm going to cry.

- Amelia : Mom still has like 30 gravy boats

- Eli : One had firetrucks on it. It was super cool

- y/n : Mom that's Carina

- Carina : Mrs Shepherd. Lovely to meet you

- Carolyn : You look like you know your food. Come look at the food we've prepared. I need some pointers

- Lizzie : Take a walk with me y/n?

- y/n : Sure. I'll be back

This can go one of two ways. Either Nancy and Kathleen got to her and she hates me and Amelia too or she just wants to chat. Oh please be a chat I don't have much biological family left.

- Lizzie : I missed you, you know. When you were on all those drugs I didn't have my baby sister

- y/n : I missed me too but I'm here now. I'm clean and sober. I have a very amazing girlfriend and a great support system all over the country I guess. Seattle, here, LA

- Lizzie : Come here. It's good to see you y/n/n

- y/n : It's good to see you too Lizzie

- Lizzie : Ugh nooo. Not Lizzie. Just Liz will do

- y/n : I like Lizzie. You're Lizzie bear, I'm y/n bug.

- Lizzie : You remember? You made that up when you were 3

- y/n : You were 10. You hated it in public incase your friends were around. You always made sure to stand with Nancy and Kathleen when we went out. I was always on Derek's shoulders or Mom's hip because you all wanted to protect me.

Being the baby of the family is good until you're 3 and everyone is doing their own thing. Mom was working. Amelia was 8, Lizzie was 10,Kathleen was 14 and thought I was 'lame' Derek kind of cared but he was studying because he was 15 and was in high school and then there's Nancy. I don't really remember Nancy being around for my childhood. She was always at college, with her friends or studying. Boring, I know. It kind of explains why we were so distant.

- Lizzie : I looked up to Nancy and Kathleen so much. I just wanted to be the cool little sister that was allowed to hang out with them

- y/n : I looked up to Derek like a father figure and Amelia was my best friend. I always got bullied for being the weirdest of the Shepherd's. Different colour hair, different eyes. Ames used to step in and beat a few of them up a couple of times

- Lizzie : Of course Amelia did.  I mean you got the Shepherd brains alright. We should head inside. Mom is probably attempting to kidnap Isabella and trying to bribe Carina into staying with her

AJ and Eli are in the dining room with Amelia, being sat on chairs with 3 pillows under them to boost them to our height. Andrew is watching my Mom with Isabella and Carina is just stood smiling at me and Lizzie.

- Carina : Hello bella

- y/n : Hey, this is Lizzie

- Carina : Lovely to meet you Lizzie

- Lizzie : You too. Take care of my sister. She's one of my favourites

- Carolyn : We don't pick favourites

- Amelia : I do. Y/n, Liz, Derek, Nancy, Kathleen

- y/n : I love Lizzie and Amy equally

Okay maybe I prefer Amelia over Lizzie but I just relate to Amelia more and we grew up together. She literally protected me from bullies and I spend more time with her. Derek was kinda an ass but I miss him. Nancy and Kathleen are barely family at this point.
