The bruise is huge. It covers my whole ass and most of the back of my right thigh. It also hurts like a bitch. You can tell I'm getting old.

Babies are cute. Sometimes I wonder if I should've had another kid when Isabella was younger so she isn't so alone but I don't know how much it would change our household dynamic.

Doctor Shepherd,
We have had an emergency case come into our system and on Sunday this week we will have a baby boy in our custody. This is when the mother is due to have a Caesarean at Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital. You are still down on our system as able to take in ages 0-5 in the case of an emergency. Until the courts are involved it will be a foster case but there is a high chance this could turn into an adoption case. Let me know and I'm send you over the e-forms and information about his parents.

I haven't heard from CPS in ages. I told you about the little girl, Maria, that we had been visiting. Well her grandparents popped into the picture and now she's living with them. I hadn't heard from CPS since then until today.

- Carina : Are you okay bella?

- y/n : Don't you have some homework to do Bells?

- Isabella : No?

- y/n : Isabella

- Isabella : Ugh fine

- Carina : Bella. Are you okay?

What do I do? I have the resources to be an emergency foster placement but I know I'll fall in love with him and want him to stay and what if the courts don't let me keep him.

- y/n : What if I fall in love with him and then he gets taken away?

- Carina : You can fight for him if you want him to stay

- y/n : What do I do?

- Carina : If you're ready to take in a newborn then you email her saying that. If not then say so

She should be fine with it. She was really looking forward to Maria possibly living with us and she wants a brother so this could be good.

- y/n : I just got an email from Bianca, the social worker lady who asked you if you wanted a brother or sister. On Sunday she'll have a little boy that needs somewhere to live and I was wondering if you'd mind if he came to stay here

- Isabella : Will he cry a lot?

- y/n : Probably but that's my problem. It's up to you bug

- Isabella : I don't mind. I would like a little sister but I guess a little brother would be cool too

- y/n : So should I email Bianca saying that we can take him in?

- Isabella : Yeah. Does this mean Carina will move out?

- y/n : No. The baby will sleep in my room for a bit anyway and if he's still here when he's a bit bigger then we'll have to reconsider

She doesn't mind babies. She never really experienced Ryan and a baby because she was 2 herself. This'll be a good thing for our family.

- Carina : What did she say?

- y/n : Looks like we might end up with a baby boy living with us on Sunday

- Carina : Do you want me to move out?

- y/n : No. I like having you here and Bells does too. When the baby gets here she'll have more adults giving her attention

- Carina : So I'll stay here with you and Isabella and the baby

- y/n : Yeah, if you want to. You don't have to

Oh God she doesn't want to stay and that probably mean she doesn't have feelings for me. One sided feelings. Great.

- Carina : Are you okay?

- y/n : Yeah. I need to go to my sister's house quickly. Mind staying here?

- Carina : It's fine. Call me if you need me

- y/n : Will do

Okay. Off to see Arizona because Amelia will tell me to tell Carina I have feelings for her. Carina doesn't know me and Caitlyn have broken up so I don't think I can confess my feelings for her.

I need to talk to Arizona ASAP. That's why I've just walked into the bathroom.

- y/n : Cover your boobs please. The bubbles are moving. Okay so Amelia's told you about my feelings for Carina, right? Well I really want to fucking kiss her and all that but she doesn't like me and I feel like a teenager again

- Arizona : Tell her how you feel?

- y/n : You sound like Amy

- Arizona : Does she know you're in here with me?

- y/n : Think so. I asked where you are and she said having a bath. On another note, do you still have a crib and car seat?

- Arizona : Yeah?

- y/n : Have them to my house by Saturday on the latest. Thank you

- Arizona : Bye

Well that was great. She said exactly what Amy would say. I'm not even going to ask Amelia because I know what she'll say.
