The girls were gathered outside Lucky Leons Cupcakes, talking about the man that Aria ran into. "Well, he recognised the coat. But when he saw it first, he thought I was Alison—Vivian." She corrected.
"When we noticed you didn't come back, he was gone." Emily said.
"He was quite cute from the back." Ivy noted.
Aria nodded. "So was his front, under different circumstances." She added. "He's been in Florida for, like, a year."
"What did you tell him exactly?" Spencer asked.
Aria hesitated, trying to remember what she said. "Uh, I told him that I was a friend of Vivian's, and that I hadn't seen her since she gave me the coat."
Spencer held her hand out. "Can I see that number again?"
Aria handed her the number, and Spencer peered down at it. "Duncan Albert?"
"He said he met her in Brookhaven?" Ivy questioned.
Aria nodded. "Yeah, in a bookstore. Couple places down from that creepy doll hospital."
"Well, whoever Duncan is, he's connected to Alison, and what she wanted in Brookhaven." Spencer said.
Emily looked around at her friends. "How do we know that he wasn't just some guy she flirted with in a bookstore?"
"I don't think Alison wasted Vivian on flirting, when she put that wig on, she wanted something." Spencer analysed.
"She was looking for 'A'." Hanna said aloud.
Emily nodded slowly, "And Duncan was apart of that trail."
Aria took a breath, and said, "I'll call him." She decided.
"Aria, you don't have to." Ivy started.
"Any one of us could've been wearing that coat." Emily pointed out.
Aria dismissed the words, shaking her head. "But it was me."
A sleek black car suddenly became the focus point of the girl's attention. The five watched in anticipation as the doors slowly and quite painfully opened.
The white cane made the girls shiver. They knew who it was. But didn't expect Toby to duck out of the car.
Spencer stood up when she saw him.
"She had the operation." Hanna pointed out, the bandage giving it away.
Toby glanced at Spencer briefly, - the two locked eyes- and then Toby faced forward.
Dramatic.

Hanna was looking for a new phone, as Ashley wouldn't let her get a new one. She desperately looked around for anyone who just had one lying around. Hanna was so close to pulling her hair out in frustration, but thankfully Mona came straight to the rescue. "It's really old, like six months. But it works pretty good for an antique. The number bills to my account, so your mom never has to know."
And she pulled out some hand sanitiser. She put a drop in each of the girls hands and in her own.
"Oh. Mona, you are a life saver." Hanna complimented.
"Well, what's the point of doing something for someone if it doesn't make you look good?" Mona queried. "I'm already number one on the speed dial. Ciao!" And she walked off quite dramatically.
"If only we could harness Mona's sense of entitlement, we could light the Eastern seaboard." Spencer said.
Hanna glanced at her. "Yeah, well, I don't care. I got a new phone and didn't have to go through Caleb. He's safe in Montecito." She smiled.
