If you were watching from afar, you would definitely think that a group of girls glaring at a 'blind' girl, was quite weird. And it was. The five teenagers were blatantly staring at Jenna with a deep hatred, while the girl pretended to read a book - with her fingers tracing over the braille.

Ivy would have been freaking out over the fear of Jenna catching their gaze, but that anxiety dissipated the moment it came. Because if Jenna caught them, she couldn't react. She couldn't even look over in their direction. Otherwise she would be outed for faking her blindness.

Hanna suddenly scoffed out, "God, what a performance."

"Can you imagine faking it for so long?" Emily wondered.

Ivy shook her head, keeping her eyes on Jenna. "I reckon I would slip up. I'd probably laugh at someone falling over or something." she admitted.

Hanna chuckled, nudging the girl in the side. "That does sound like you."

Still staring at the side of Jenna's face, Aria queried, "What do you think she's planning?"

Spencer answered, "That's what you have to find out." When Aria furrowed her brows in confusion, Spencer elaborated, "She trusts you. Or at least she wants you to think that she does."

Aria let out a quick breath. "Great. That-That's awesome."

Hanna swiftly tried to make a deal with Aria, "Hey, I'll trade you Mona for Jenna."

"No, thanks." Aria rapidly shook her head.

"I think I felt safer when Mona wasn't talking." Emily admitted.

Ivy agreed. Everyone was safer when Mona wasn't talking. "Me too."

The group's attention was regained when Jenna stood to her feet, popping open her stick.

"We should push a table in front of her and see what happens." Hanna suggested evily.

"God, Hanna, you have all the subtlety of a hand grenade." Spencer told the girl.

Hanna grinned back at her. "Thank you."

RINGGGGGG

Maths was next, and Ivy didn't want to go. She was dreading it. They had a test, and she was not prepared. She studied and studied for this test, but no matter how much she studied, it never seemed to get in her head.

And her teacher, Mr Pierce, was not helpful. Whenever she asked for help he would explain it briefly. No examples. No practice questions. Nothing. He would just say a bunch of words thrown into a sentence, and hope for the best. He seemed to target Ivy the most. Ivy had no idea what she had done, but he didn't like her whatsoever.

"Has your mom said anything to you about taking Garrett's case?" Emily asked, as the five began walking to each of their classes.

Spencer shook her head. "Not yet. But Melissa's coming home tomorrow, so she'll probably tell both of us at the same time. 'Cause that's how it works in my family—We keep the one-on-ones to a minimum." She snarked. Her arms folded.
