We open in the style of land before time 9 journey to big water as the screen reveals the bottom of the ocean with piano four and choir music in the background as various micro organisms float through the water. We move forward through the ocean floor as we see more organisms such as jellyfish and sea fairies as they glide through the underwater volcanoes. We zoom through such a volcano as the music starts to swell as we see a school of extinct fish called protosphyrena swim passed the screen as we close in on a school of fish swim away from the camera. Once the camera is close enough the fish scatter away from the camera as we now move left as we see a large group of giant green sea turtles glide through the water. Then symbols slowly crash in the background as we hear the theme from dinosaur egg travels in the background as a large plesiosaur called attenborosaurus swims passed the camera

We hear drums and chanting in the background as the plesiosaur swims away as a pair of land before time elasmosaurus based off Elsie from land before time 5 swim toward the camera. We see one elasmosaurus swim passed the camera as the background music swells as we wipe to the sea floor where a shadow of a pliosaur makes visible. We look up to see a school of fish take notice of the owner of the shadow and scatter as we zoom up to the surface where a giant Pterosaur called pteranodon flies overheard. The camera breaches the sea as the pteranodon looks down and screeches as a pair of jaws clamp down at the pterosaur. We now see the beast revealed to be liopluerodon as it slams back into the water missing the pterosaur by inches
