Kron and Bruton came to a sudden halt as they looked at their surroundings. The long exhausting journey for the herd carried them far from their current resting place across a barren desert
Yet still, they haven't seen anything beneficial yet, but they recognized this ridge
During the age of the Jurassic, this very spot was a plentiful lake for all passing herds. An oasis lush in water and cycads and palm trees for shade for all creatures great and small
After a long journey the herd could finally replenish themselves before continuing their migration. Their frustrating journey out to a halt as they approached the oasis just over this very hill
Water has been on the mind of almost all the animals of the herd and now that wish has been granted by this very location
Contemplating one another for a second that this was the same lake they had been many times in their youth, they make the conformation of what was beyond this hillside
Both of them let out calls in their native language as they echo across the herd. All the creature immediately bellow and growl in their primal tongue in relief, as neera who was monitoring the herd speed marches to her brother for this conformation. The entire breed of hadrosaurs, ceratopsians, ornithopods theropods and sauropods March behind their leader to the plentiful oasis they have awaited
Eema's voice was still drained from the journey but when it finally reached the herds rear, the energy in her voice regained itself
Eema; the lake!
Yar: Huh? We made it?
Charlie: lake? As in water?!
Eema: indeed your majesty, it's just over that- that hill baby!
Bayleen: oh thank goodness!
Aladar allows Charlie to leap into his back as he vaggie and the raptors gathered as much excitement to witness such a beautiful sight as this oasis
The dinosaurs were exited to consume such an amount of the elixir of life as they hadn't tasted it for who knows how long and Charlie was twice as exited as she could see the beauty of this landmark just to see what kind of species could be enjoying such an amazing landmark as this and vaggie was exited for Charlie because of this made her girlfriend happy then it made her happy
Aladar: come on Eema! Water! Remember water?
Eema: well it's time to refresh my memory!
Charlie zoomed through the herd leaping off the backs of several of the breed as she made her way to the front to see the beauty and majesty of this oasis
Such a lake big enough to feed the entire herd and meet many other Cretaceous species that Charlie could save from extinction. She makes her way up the hill with vaggie close behind as they were the first to see the beauty of this majestic landmark
But that's not what they were gifted with
