Part 36

For the last week of the holidays Pam decided to take Blaine on a little trip. She booked a little apartment down at a beach.

Since it was really warm most of the time both spend at the beach and in the water. It went really well and they get along really good.

At the evening of the last day before returning home Blaine and Pam went out for dinner. They just finished and wait for the dessert when Blaine says "Hey, Mom?". Did he thought through what he's about to say? No. But it feels right.

"Yes Blaine?" the woman answers, looking at her son. The boy takes a deep breath before saying "I forgive you". "Yo- You do?" Pam asks in surprise, seeing her son nod "Yes. At first it was awkward mostly becasue with kUrt in hospital I didn't had much time but after that it got better. You supported me when I said that I want to go to Dalton with Kurt and when we wanted to go back again. You were there for me when this whole thing with Finn happened. And most importantly you accept me the way I am. Maybe you didn't before but now you do and now I can finally forgive you".

With tears of happiness and relief raising in her eyes Pam stands up, goes around the table and hugs her son tighter than she ever did. "Thank you" she whispers in the hug. Blaine just smiles, returning the hug and holding his mom even tighter. His mom. He has her back and this time for good.

Over the whole week Blaine was gone he and Kurt still texted and called everyday. But since it was late when Blaine came back home yesterday they had no time to see each other. Only at school today.

Today is the day. Kurt stands up when his alarm rings and gets ready. He changes and looks in the mirror, fixing his hair one more time.

He smiles at himself in mirror. He just styled his hair for school again. It was a great feeling to finally be able to do this again.

When the boy is satisfied with the way he looks he takes his phone and writes a message to his friends, the Warblers, wishing them a good morning and great first day.

During summer break the Dalton friends met again once or twice. The Warblers were just as exited when they got told that Kurts hair starts growing again as Nick and Jeff were when they found out.

Spieaking of Nick and Jeff. Of course they had another double date. A coffee date at Lima Beans and Nick actually behaved okay. Or at least nothing chaotic happened like on the other dates. And even if Nick would've produced chaos again it probably wouldn't have bothered someone. The staff at Lima Beans is so used to the chaotic McKinley students that get their coffee there that a little Nick Duval chaos wouldn't hurt.

Some of the Warblers answered and the others are probably still asleep or something. Smiling Kurt puts his phone away and packs everything he needs for school today.

Looking at the time Kurt goes downstairs for breakfast. Carol was already at work but prepared a little back to school for the two boys.

Kurt gets himself some coffee to start the day and joins his father at the table "Good morning". "Good morning Kurt" Burt greets back and then both eat in comfortable silence.

Minutes later Finn comes down the stairs. He's ready for school but still looks half asleep. It's just way to early for him."Morning" he mumbles, gets himself a coffe and sits down on the chair next to Kurt, his heavy head resting on his hand.

After breakfast the two brothers take their bags and drive to school, saying Burt goodbye first of course.

At school Kurt goes to search Blaine, leaving Finn alone with his girlfriend. But since it's Rachel, he wasn't allowed to go before she gave him a welcome back/I missed you hug.

"Hey stranger" Kurt greets his boyfriend when he finally found him. Smiling Blaine turns around "Hey Baby. I missed you". "I missed you too" Kurt says and kisses the lips he missed for a week.

Since both boys still have the same lockers like last year the couple makes their way first to Blaines and then to Kurts locker before going to class. Just like back then.

The first day back was amazing. Everyone who could remebe them greeted them back, Kurt and Blaine are a part of the glee club again and no one threw slushies at them or insulted them. Even Karovski kept his mouth shut.

Kurt and Blaine quickly feel at home at McKinley again. They go to school, eat lunch with their friends and do their homework together with Finn again.

The good thing is, now that Blaine got used to the harder school work at Dalton, even tho he needed Kurts help, McKinleyseems easy. Or just not as bad anymore.

"Really? That's it?" Blaine asks as if he couldn't believe that he's already done. "Yeah" Kurt says, laughing a bit. Then he looks over to his brother who seems to struggle a bit. "I think even Blaine could help you with that. We did this at Dalton already" he says and sees his brother rolling his eyes. But still he didn't get it so le let Blaine help him.

Kurt looks at the two boys when his phone starts ringing. "Hey Jeff. What's up?" Kurt answwers the call. But instead of Jeff he hears Nick "Kuuuuurt? I know you're not at Dalton anymore but can you help us with homework again? Pleaseeee?".

Kurt laughs at his helpless friend but answers "Send me your homework and I'll try". "You're the best" Nick says and Jeff smacks his arm. "I thought I'm the best" the blonde pouts, making Nick and Kurt on the phone laugh. "I wanted to ask you in a more polite and nice ways but you know Nick" now Jeff says and the other boy pouts "I was nice tooooo". Kurt laughs again, together with the two other boy and then looks at the stuff Jeff send him.

The afternoon is spend by Blaine helping Finn with his homework and Kurt helping Nick and Jeff over the phone.
