Of course Blaine finds Sebastian under the bleachers, lighting a cigarette. "Hey" Blaine says casually. "Oh. See who's talking to me again" the other boy says but adds "Want one?" while holding out a cigarette. The curly haired boy shakes his head "I stopped and you know that". "You got boring" Sebastian says, rolling his eyes. "No but I got over what happened" Blaine answers.
"Nick told me about your second warning" Blaine says "Why?". "I didn't bother going to school last week" the bad boy says with a shrug. Blaine sighs. He knows the days where he just skipped school because he couldn't get out of the bed. He wants to help the boy but he also knows that not pushing anything like Kurt did with him doesn't work for Sebastian. He would just continue like now.
"Okay Seb. I tried to be nice but that's not what you need so I'm gonna be honest with you. You need to get you head out of your ass. Okay. What happened in the past was terrible but it's no use to hold onto this. If you let go and see where you're now, you would feel better" Blaine says but the bad boy laughs bittler "Easy for you to say Blaine. You and your mom are good again. My parens and I are not".
"God Sebastian open your eyes! You're not with them anymore and it's better that way. I know you hate your aunt and uncle and I know you hate to be treated differently by them but think about that: You got two warnings already. One more and they kick your sorry ass from Dalton. Then you'll go to a public school and live with them again. The way it is now you only have to see them over Christmas and Summer since you can spend the other holidays at Dalton as well. Away from them. If you don't start to change your behaviour and get a third warning, they'll take this aways from you. All that you have now. Your life at Dalton. They'll take it all away and send you back" Blaine says.
He can see that Sebastian really starts to think about it and now seems... sad? Blaine and Sebastian were close but they still were the bad boys even alone. Blaine never saw Sebastian sad.
" I don't know if you can realte or if you changed in time butfor me this whole being a bad boy thing is everyday life now. The smoking, the not caring, the being alone Sebastian says dejectly. The curly haired boy nods "I know but if you're willing to change something you will get it. Believe me, you'll feel better after. Kurt made me see it". "But that's the point Blaine! I have no Kurt to help me" the other boys says, by now suppressing the tears, so without thinking about it Blaine proposes "I help you".
"Really?" Sebastian sniffles and looks up again. The other boy nods "Really. But since I'm not at Dalton anymore I have to really trust you because else you could tell me you got better and lie to me. When I ask you over text how much you smoked than you have to be honest because else it can't work". "Okay. I think we can give this a try" the bad boy says with a little smile.
Also smiling Blaine takes the cigarette from Sebastian and asks "How many already?". "It's my sixth" the bad boy says, looking guilty. Blaine nods short and let go of the cigarette. "Eyy" Sebastian complains but before he could take it from the ground, Blaine steps it out.
"How many are left in your pack?" Blaine asks and Sebastian shows him the pack cigarettes with only two left inside. Zhe curly haired boy takes the pack, ignoring the pout the other boy gives him. "Now go in again and have some fun. Maybe not only with the Warblers but with everyone. Maybe you even find friends" Blaine advices. "And what are you going to do Anderson?" the bad boy asks with a smirk on what Blaine rolls his eyes but answers "I throw the pack away but I'll wait until you're inside so you don't come and get it again".
Sebastain nods but before he can go he says "Oh one more thng, and don't tell Kurt that I did it. Or he'll find out how nice I can be". "If you really want to change he'll find out at some point but tell me" Blaine laughs. "This Karovski boy won't do anything to Kurt or you or any of your friends" Sebastian says and Blaine is stunned "How?". Sebastian laughs "I met him in a bar over the summer and we go to talk. I found out that he is the person you and Kurt talked about and he found out that I know you two. Then I found out his little secret and he knows if he does anything to any of you ever again I will reveal it". "That's mean and bad for him but great for us so thank you" Blaine thanks him.
The bad boy nods short and finally turns around, going inside again. Blaine waits a bit longer before going in himself again. On his way back to the choir room he throws the cigarettes in one of the trash cans he's passing.
Back in the choir room Blaine sees Kurt, still dancing with Rachel and Mercedes and on the other side of the room Sebastian getting something to drink. Blaine gets himself a drink too and whispers "Go and have fun. Non of them will bit if you want to be their friend". "Nick will" Sebastian laughs. Blaine laughs too but says "Maybe they're not immediatly your friends but they won't bite either and now go".
Sebastian nods and goes and Blaine too turns around, takes some more snacks and then goes over to his boyfriend.
