It's kinda hard not to notice her. She's still wearing bright Capitol colors. "Katniss! Peeta! It's so great to see you two!" Still as loud as ever. "Hi Effie." I say. "What are you doing here?" Says Peeta as shocked as I am. I never thought she would ever come to District 12 again. Her hair is neon green.

This time around. And she's wearing every color green you could ever think of. She definitely has not changed at all. "Oh, I was just coming in to see how everyone was. And the Capitol wanted me to send you a little message." Great. The Capitol. What else could they want from me?

"What's the message?" I say. I thought the Capitol was done with me. I don't really care what they want now. "Ummm, how about I tell you guys about it over dinner, at Haymitch's." she says. "Okay that sounds great." Says Peeta. "Okay come over at 6." Say Effie. "Okay nice seeing you." I say.

Then Peeta and I walk away. We decide to take a walk around the district. See what they have been doing to it. I see they're rebuilding shops and they're even finishing up a hospital. They're also building a new school. I see Peeta stop and stare at some old burnt building.

I realized it's the Mellark Bakery that was destroyed in the bombing. He starts tearing up, but when I look at him he quickly wipes them away. "Can we go in for a couple minutes?" Asks Peeta. "Sure" I say as I grasp his hand.

He quickly walks upstairs to where used to be his old house. I follow right behind him. He goes into a room that I'm guessing used to be his. I can see the sadness in his eyes but I know he won't cry in front of me. He then walks into another room which I'm guessing is his brothers. But before he gets the chance to walk around we see him. Again.
