Presentation

Before I start signing the bunch of paper. I texted Harvey to ask what's the name of my secretary and waited for his reply.

Dagat:

His name is Yvo. And, FYI he's my secretary.

Ako:

He's all yours.

Hindi ko na hinintay ang kaniyang sagot at binitawan ko na ito para magsimula sa aking gagawin.

Nasa kalagitnaan ako ng pagbabasa ng documents nang meroong kumatok.

“Come in.”

Bumukas ang pintuan at iniluwa nito ang lalaking naka white long sleeve and black pants. I think he is Yvo.

“Good morning, Miss. Welcome back. You look stunning.” he smiled.

“Good morning. You must be Yvo.”

Tumango siya at naglakad sa aking direksiyon. He handed me the iPad where my schedule is. I scan it and give it back to him.

Two meetings this morning and one meeting for afternoon.

“Thank you. By the way, these are the ones I finished signing.” turo ko sa nasa isang table.

“Okay, Miss.” aniya at onti-onti itong kinuha.

Marami-rami rin ang natapos ko bago ang unang meeting.

Three minutes bago ang meeting ay lumabas na ako ng office at pumunta ng conference room.

Nadadatnan kong naghahanda sila ng projector. Tumigil sila sa ginagawa para batiin ako, nginitian ko sila at bumati pabalik 'saka naupo sa swivel chair.

May inabot sa aking papel si Yvo.

“That's the proposal for today's meeting.”

"Thanks.”

I read it and it's all about the budget for the next month.

“Good morning everyone, especially to Miss President.” her girly voice filled the conference room.

Ngumiti ako at tinanguan siya.

“Before I start the proposal. I just want y'all to see the situation of the Company before its get back to a better situation.” gumilid siya at tinuro ang presentation na nasa harapan.

“Due to Miss President's absence, her position has practically been left vacant for a while before, which competitive is weakening the company and making our shareholders anxious. But, thankfully, her brother and his fiancee to the rescue. Therefore, they get back the company into a normal condition.”

The bar graph shows. Mula sa mataas napunta sa mababa at bumalik sa mataas.

Napataas ang isa kong kilay at tumango-tango.

She, then start the presentation.

Tahimik ko habang nakikinig at pinag-aaralan ang kaniyang pinupunto.

“How about we replace the environment into second and the quality of food will be on first?” suhestiyon ko.

“That would be a great idea, Miss President.” nakangiting sambit niya.

Tumango ako at nagpatuloy naman siya sa pagsasalita.

“Thus, we need to focus in making the quality of food and the company of every costumer.”
