Those innocent words that rested in the back of Akiras mind, from his childhood hitting hard and reminding him of more simpler times. The time when he was little, and went sledding down his first hill when scared, and his big brother by his side. The time he got his first piercing..His first video game victory in the Arcade he spent most of his childhood in..the first time they visited an animal shelter together.

Every little happy memory that was yet to linger, and he wished to stay..was blocked out by the sudden black void of horrible thoughts. Words that felt like knives slicing at his mind, as all he could do in present day was look at the little piercing left behind by his brother, resting in his hand.

As tears. Streamed down his face. He wasn't Akira Odashi in that moment..

He was a broken soul, who just lost the one thing he had left in his life. The only reason..he was so strong.

Besides his grieving and signs of tendencies potentially lingering, everyone in the trial room was in complete terror. Shocked by the sight before them, and some even shedding tears themselves.

"W-What?! WHAT WAS THAT?!" Aratani shouted, completely destroyed by what she saw, and trying to get a grasp on reality.

"Dude..D-DUDE, THAT-" Lily was about to say before she gagged, very close to vomiting at the very image left on screen of the corpse of Junpei.

"Jesus Christ, I.." Kentaro said, speechless fr words and completely broken by the sight before him.

"He-He didnt deserve this! Nobody deserves such a horrible fate! Sure, he-he killed someone, but-" Seiichi shouted before being interrupted by Monodev.

"Yeah Yeah, Blah blah blah! An eye for an eye is how I see it! Junpei murdered, and guess what? He got the same in return, just more extreme and beautiful!" Monodev shouted, while giving off a cheering pose.

"Beautiful you say.." Raidon said. He closed his eyes and took a moment. "I must admit, while this game of yours is certainly intriguing..I don't see what's so beautiful about the idea of killing someone so brutally for doing the same to another acquaintance here. However, to a degree..I guess I can understand. Making them realize how selfish their decision truly was."

"Oh, SO NOW you draw the line?!" Monodev asked in a shocked tone. "Jesus, and I already thought we had lost you completely but seems you got some humanity to you still. Even more of a reason to snatch it away, and my fun to continue!"

"More reason you continue your fun?!" Ayaka asked. "How is any of this fun?!"

Yutaka spoke angrily from his puppet. "This..THIS ISNT FUN! This is sick!"

"Better yet, I have just one question to ask." Barisuta said. "Just who is behind you, Monodev?"

"Now why would I tell my big ol secret? That's a no no to do! Plus, it just ruins the game for me and everyone else watching!" Monodev shouted.

"Wait..WATCHING?!" Yumico asked with a sudden look of concern. "Are you saying that-"

"Yep! I've hijacked all the networks in the world and mainframe, to broadcast my killing game to all those out there! Imagine how the actual orphans Junpei tried so hard to protect feel! Knowing their guardian killed someone, and how brutally he died? Oh, the taste of their tears will be just wonderful!"
