Taking a look around him, Akira was shocked. This was what looked to be an entire dog training room, or something similar to a doggy daycare. Filled to the brim with Dog toys, A good chunk of automatic feeders amongst the walls, and loads of dogs, both puppies and full grown dogs, jumping around happily and climbing all over Mitsuko.
At one point, a little corgi puppy ran up to Akira, jumping up and trying to get his attention. Akira noticed, and gave it a smile. Leaning down to pet it. "You're quite the adorable little furball, huh?"
The Corgi barked, as Akira lifted it up and gave it a few pets. Sitting down and holding the animal close.
"I think the little guy likes you a lot, Akira!" Mitsuko said. "Thing is, dogs can usually sense a persons energy, be it theyre good hearted, or just..Well, full of hate. Then again, who could ever hate such adorable wittle babies?" Mitsuko said in a childish tone. "Ohhh, whos a bunch of cute wittle furbabies?" Mitsuko said the multiple dogs surrounding him.
Akira chuckled, finding it cute how in sync Mitsuko was with the many dogs in this room. No wonder he was the Ultimate Dog Trainer. It's like he can understand a dogs emotions, or even their behavioral patterns.
Kioka was giggling all the while, while trying to pet every dog in the lab. Trying to chase them around and play, while Seiichi kept the German Shepard puppy in his arms. "You know..This reminds me of Senseis dog." Seiichi said.
"Sensei?" Mitsuko asked, as Seiichi nodded.
"Mhm. Sensei was who got me into Blacksmithing in the first place, even had a German Shepard dog just like this one. Makes me wonder if he's ok.." Seiichi said with a worried tone to his voice.
Kioka overheard and frowned. "You really care about your sensei, right Seiichi?"
Seiichi nodded. "I just..Hope that if theres anything remaining outside. That he's still alive. I worry about him.."
Kioka smiled. "Well if he's as strong as you, Seiichi, I bet he's gonna be ok! Especially if he raised someone as amazing as you!"
Seiichi turned red. "T-Thank you, Kioka. That..That means a lot." He nervously chucked.
Kioka frowned. "I'm sorry if I made you feel embarassed..I just like seeing you and all my friends smile! Even if..I'll admit, I'm a bit scared myself." Kioka said with a rather nervous pitch to her tone.
Mitsuko rubbed Kiokas head. "We've been through a good bit of hell so far, but..Somehow, we're gonna figure things out."
Kioka perked up. "Promise?"
Mitsuko went silent. "I can't exactly promise, but..I can try to help us figure things out. How's that sound?"
Kioka nodded with a happy smile to her face. "As long as you try your best! That's what matters! It's what Daddy used to always tell me!"
Akira took notice that Kioka wasn't carrying her bunny and asked. "Umm, Kioka. Where's your bunny?"
Kioka looked with confusion before remembering. "Oh yeah! Mr Bunny's taking a nappy nap in my room! Plus, I don't wanna risk the doggies accidentally ripping him up."
Before they knew it however, a ringing came from their tablets. The group chat had notifications.
Lily: Meet us down in the Library. We got more shit we found!
Yumico: What exactly did you guys find?
Ayaka: I'm on my way, just putting the finishing touches on something I made for Yumico in her lab.
Kioka: What did Big Sis make? I wanna knowww!
Ayaka: Youll see soon, Kioka! I promise.
Kioka: YAY! Big Sis is gonna show me her big surprise!
