"Experiencing..Our worst traumas?!" Aratani said, starting to feel a panic come over her. Her face pale as snow, as her eyes became wide, and she was sweating badly. Her heart pounding harder than it ever had before..
"A-Aratani?" Riku asked, as he tried to reach his hand out before-
SLAP
"Don't touch me!" Aratani shouted, slapping Rikus hand back. Her eyes suddenly glazing over, as she ran out of the gymnasium.
"Way to go genius, you practically made the girl feel worse." Lily said.
"But I..Goddammit, you're probably right." Riku said, with a sense of worry to his voice.
"So what exactly is this Lucid Dream motive?" Yumico asked very bluntly.
"Glad you asked, Water Bender! To put it bluntly, you'll basically experience the worst thing that's ever happened to you in your sleep in a very realistic way almost like you're back in that very moment alllll over again!" Monodev laughed, as Kentaro spoke.
"So then..In Aratanis case, she'll experience what..made her cry like that?"
"Exactly!" Monodev shouted. "Fun part is, you're not allowed to tell anyone else what you sawww! You have to repress it and keep it to yourselves! Any effort to dare speak of it at all, will lead to punishment!"
"That's..Thats absolutely disgusting!" Maeko shouted. "Making everyone here repress what they witnessed?!"
"That's the point, four eyes! That's exactly the point! Sometimes, things are better repressed! Anyways, I thought I'd drop in with the motive, let y'all know what's coming. Goodbye for now!" Monodev said, as he disappeared, as did his guards.
Everyone in that room at the moment had looked like complete hell. Either panicking or..quiet.
"We're..Were gonna find a way around this..R-Right?" Kioka asked.
"Who knows? If we have to remain silent..How the heck are we gonna be ok?" Mitsuko asked, clearly trembling himself.
"I'll admit, while I'm..Rather shaken up myself.." Yumico stuttered with her words as Barisuta took her hand.
"Breathe, Yumico. Remember what I taught you. When things are scary, you must remember to take a deep breath, and calm your mind. Though..In this case, it's..rather hard to know the exact words to say." Barisuta said, even showing some anxiety in his voice.
"Then what the hell you guys propose we do?!" Riku asked angrily.
Yutaka was clearly shaking badly himself. As his puppet spoke. "D-Daddy. It's..Its gonna be-It's gonna be ok. Right?"
Akira took a moment to process everything, before..He sighed. "If nobody is gonna do this, it'll have to be me I guess..It's only right after all."
He stood tall. "Everyone..I think for now, we should try to just keep ourselves composed, and.." Akira stopped himself. His train of thought completely derailed from all eyes on him, as he could even feel the anxiety creeping up on him heavily.
"Well? We're waiting." Raidon said, pressuring Akira more. "If you're just going to fill us with false hope, then you might as well keep your mouth shut." He said in a snide tone.
"S-Sorry.." Akira said, with hesitation to his voice.
"Now hold on a fucking second. No. Don't be sorry. Maybe sure, whatever you say may backfire but..What else can we do?" Riku asked.
"You're really all going along with what this blundering fool says? Goodness, no wonder only a few of you will be getting out of this place alive if we do!" Raidon said. "Then again..I'll admit. This could be intriguing to see where this game goes.."
