While Yutaka has always been seen as the do not approach type of person, that couldn't be farther from the truth of the boy he was deep down. A scared child, who just needed a loving and guiding hand through the roughest of trials in life, granted..His childhood did have that at first, before like everyone else. Experienced hell.

When Yutaka was born, he was placed into the custody of his biological father, who was a famous ventriloquist. The reason why however, was due to his mothers mental health problems, and post partnum depression she was suffering from. His father was a loving parental figure, but unfortunately. When Yutaka was 5, he was taken away from his father, due to rape allegations from Yutakas mother. Falsified evidence and got away with it.

Due to this, Yutaka went into the custody of his mother who brutally beat and abused him on a frequent basis. As a means to let out her frustration of ever having her child in the first place. Labeling him "a worthless shitstain" amongst other horrible labels. The abuse escalated over the years, until when Yutaka was 7.

His father committed suicide. A gunshot to the head, that Yutakas mother personally made Yutaka watch himself. Laughing at it all the while and saying, Yutaka was the very reason he decided to end his life. How he was merely a burden even on his father.

Until...One day, Yutaka had enough and shoved his mother down the stairs, after luring her there with a cry for attention, just to lure her into beating him. Only for her to be the one to get the payback she long deserved.

Her death was labeled an accident, and a Detective who was investigating the case personally interrogated Yutaka into talking, but in a calming manner. Even bringing up the fact he found Yutakas fathers puppets in the stations evidence room, to which. Yutaka wouldn't speak, but when he saw the puppets again.

One word slipped out.

"Puppet!"

Due to this, the detective was able to get Yutaka to speak clearly, but decided not to pressure the boy any further. Granted as well, Yutaka would go into foster care..but after all that was dug up about Yutakas mother, Detective Ace decided to adopt Yutaka. Being a proper father figure to Yutaka, whilst encouraging his puppetry, and helping him make new puppets to add to his collection.

Despite a loving mother figure around however, Yutaka was always afraid to speak to her himself. Out of fear from the abuse he endured from his biological mother, hence he would speak pitch perfectly out his puppets to her. Getting better and better not just with the puppets he made himself and performed with, he began to get popular amongst broadway shows.

Getting multiple gigs where he'd use his many puppets to make thousands laugh, despite his intense social anxiety. Eventually, finally getting a letter to an academy of his dreams.

Extraordinary Minds Academy, where he was recruited as the Ultimate Ventriloquist. Yutaka saying goodbye to his new parents, took his chance at becoming a better ventriloquist and stepping out of his shell.

However...Would Yutaka walk out of this school a more confident person, or would people take advantage of the supposed "weakness" many say that he shows?
