THERNICY'S POV
'how long will I have to stay here? Why can't I go back to my apartment, I won't be alone there, Jaden will keep me company.'
"We can't risk your life again. I need you to forget first, then you can go back." He told me.
It took days, weeks then months that I began to forget about the truth. About what I really saw. I knew it deep inside but I didn't think about it anymore.
I felt, incomplete, like apart of me got blocked away from reality. Ceiled and hidden in the deepest part of my mind.

The accident I had a two weeks ago didn't help either. It's like it cracked part of the wall that kept it all away.
"Wait! Stop the car. I know who did it.
I thought I was just having nightmares back in the hospital but it's all real. I saw you. You had taken me to that room for a reason. And you knew your around the place like it was the back of your hand. And so did I.
Why did they do it? I was always there for them. I trusted them when they said that I deserved someone to love me like Christopher did Star. They made me hate how she acted with him. Despise her choices because they didn't favour him but I forgot to ask her if she wanted to be with him. To be loved by him.
Instead we drifted apart because of our differences and it all didn't seem at all odd at the time that my own friends made me hate my own cousin. She was In love with him first but he chose someone else, he chose Lucy!
Still he made her look like she was the bad guy. She chose Christopher to make him want her back but he took it as an opportunity to strike at me. They never really wanted to be apart of our friendship. They just did it to get between Star and I. It was right in my face and I didn't see how Ann and Sage deceived us all.
Oh my God! We need to go back." I ordered Lloyd only to find a grin on his face after my confession.
"Took you long enough!" And we drove back into the highway.
"I know but first we need to go to our father's house. I need to find that will." I resolved.

Jaden's POV
"How long? How long were you planning on ruining her?" I stormed into the apartment with Christopher on my tail and a confused emmanuel blocking the man behind all the troubles we've been experiencing.
"What the hell man? What's all this yelling about?" Emmanuel asked obviously not caught up with our new discoveries. But I just ignored him the same way I did to Christopher on our way here to Emmanuel's apartment. And to think I've spent half of my entire life thinking he was a true friend, turns out he had been shooting daggers in my back and I was always too blind to see him for what he truly is.
"Ten years tops, just until Lucy got her trust fund and Thernicy got back her- no our father's shares of the company he left for 'all his living heirs'. That's if jealous Star doesn't get to either of them first! But who's counting, Right?" he spoke after light chuckle.
'Can't believe that he finds this whole thing is amusing. How is it possible that he is related to Thernicy?'
"What do you mean by that?"I asked taken back by this new detail.
"It's easy! He donated his sperm to a sperm bank and my mum used it. Forced me to believe he abondoned her. So I came to take revenge on everyone he ever loved!"
"Are you being serious right now?" Christopher finally intervened.
"Guys?" Emmanuel called but we all just went on ignoring him.
"Of course not! Am just joking! Why are you all so serious? Jaden, you need to chill out. Relax!" he teased trying to reach for a tap on my shoulder when my left fist met his right jaw. The contact clearly caught him off guard as he fell to the floor with a trace of blood on his lower lip.
Then both emmanuel and Christopher came inbetween to cover the empty space we had between us than he finally broke his act.
"What the hell man? Why are you acting like this?" Emmanuel asked again.
"What lover boy? Scared that she'll die before you get the chance to stand up to dear old dad, huh? You have no ide-" another blow to his nose finally shut him up.
Rubbing his knuckles, Christopher leaned closer to Sage's now bruised and bleeding face,"Don't even think about finishing that statement! I know exactly what you're going to say. She had nothing to do with his decision to leave your mother. Cara was the only reason that relationship did not work, Sage! She left your brother in a freaking car wreck! You should know better. I thought you had already given this up five years ago, what changed?", as if trying to understand Sage's unacceptable point of reasoning. But nothing surfaced according to the wrinkles that etched his facial features. He knew!
Wait Cara? Isn't that Lloyd's mum too? Are they...
"You knew? Did you also know that he and his minions are responsible for Thernicy's father's death? And all the attempts as well as her abuduction earlier today!" I looked at Christopher. At this pace one of the two won't get out of here alive.
"What?" asked all three men as looked at me astonished but probably not for the same reasons.
"What do you mean she's also kidnapped?" Sage inquisited about my previous rant and I almost missed it cause I got too focused on the different but still very painful ways end his life.
"Also? Who else was taken? What the hell is going on?" Emmanuel finally snapped.
"I'll explain it all to you later!" I snapped back.
'Took him long enough! Now we'll dispose of the corpse easy.' I thought.
I was glad I hadn't menthoned the Lloyd incident yet. This way I could get him to admit to his crimes. I hope my recorder is still on.
"Ann called me claiming someone took her. I thought it was just a prank." Sage confessed but I knew there was more to the story than he was letting on.
"Your men took her in exchange for Ann. What do you want from her?" I faked the anger in my face to make the scene a little more realistic.
"No, I have no play in that! I don't even do the dirty work. I just had to convince her to despise star and not end up with you!"
Wait me? How did I get mixed up in it. I thought it was just a family feud a few moments ago.
'Well, that's a shame' I thought
"Who planned it all? Where did they take her?" I maintained the act.
"It was Abraham's idea." he spoke before I even took in another breath.
This just keeps on getting better and better by the minute. Let's go get some more confessions I guess ...
