As they entered the Sanchez Clan building, Mr. Chua and Mr. Salazar, along with the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sanchez, were taken aback. The elegant design inside the building greeted them.
“Mr. Chua, this must be a large sum of money.” biglang sabi ni Mr. Salazar.
“The Sancheze's are indeed wealthy individuals.” said Mr. Salazar, looking at the woman with the two of them. “Be a good girl, and I'm sure they'll give you what you want,” the elevator door opened, and the three of them entered.
Paglabas nila ng elevator agad silang sinalubong ng secretary ng Sanchez.
“Buenos días, vengan por aquí, los Sánchez los esperan a todos dentro de la oficina.” (Good morning, come this way, the Sanchez's are waiting for you all inside the office.) Sumunod naman agad silang tatlo sa babae.
Pagpasok nila ay tumambad sa kanila ang malawak at magandang opisina ng Sanchez. Nakatayo si Mr. Sanchez patalikod sa kanilang tatlo gayundin si Mrs. Sanchez ay nakatalikod sa kanila.
“Aquí están, señor y señora.” (Here they are, Sir and Madame). Lumabas ang sekretary at naiwan ang tatlo sa loob ng opisina.
Dahan-dahang humarap sina Mr. and Mrs. Sanchez sa kanilang tatlo. Humulma ang ngiti ng dalawa ng makita ang babaeng kasama nila.
“Come here, my daughter,” Naiiyak na tawag ni Mrs. Sanchez sa kanyang anak.
Lumapit naman ang dalagang babae sa kanilang dalawa, umiyak ang dalagang babae. Yumakap naman si Mr. Sanchez sa kanyang anak.
“Daddy? Mommy?” umiiyak na sabi ng kanilang anak.
“Oh, well, Mrs. Sanchez, stop the drama nadadala din kasi kami ni Mr. Salazar,” ani ni Mr. Chua at tiningnan si Mr. Salazar para makisabay.
“Hindi ko lang maiwasan dahil matagal na panahon ding nawalay itong aming nag-iisang taga pagmana ng negosyo namin sa buong mundo.” sabi ni Mr. Sanchez at hinawakan ang balikat ni Ara.
Sumilay ang ngiti sa mga labi ni Mr. Chua, dahil nagtagumpay siya sa kanyang plano.
“What can we give you as a reward? As a token of appreciation?” Mrs. Sanchez inquired, joy can be seen in eyes because they are finally getting along with their daughter.
“As a token of appreciation,” Mr. Sanchez made his way to his desk. “I will deposit the money into your bank account right away, Mr. Chua, we appreciate it.” Mr. Sanchez added.
Nagdiwang naman ang puso nina Mr. Salazar at Mr. Chua dahil sa narinig nito mula kay Mr. Sanchez.
“And we will throw a party for our very own heirs in Sanchez, which will take place tomorrow. And I expect you both to be there because you'll be a part of the celebration we'll be having tomorrow.” Mr. Sanchez offered a shake hands to the two, who took it right away.
“Mr. and Mrs. Sanchez, we'll see you tomorrow. I'll see you tomorrow, Ara.” They were about to leave when Mr. Sanchez spoke up.
“We should all get together for dinner to celebrate my daughter, Ara's, return.” They came to a halt and slowly turned around.
“Sino ba naman ang aayaw sa iyong imbistasyon Mr. Sanchez, hmmm..saan ba gaganapin ang hapunan?” ngumingiting tanong ni Mr. Chua.
“Well, in the mansion, and I'm expecting you both.” The two nodded and exited the office.
“Check mo nga kung magkanong pera ang inilipat niya sa iyong bank account.” sabi ni Mr. Salazar habang papasok sila ng elevator.
When Mr. Chua saw his bank account while they were inside the elevator, his eyes widened and he blinked like a star. Mr. Salazar grabbed the phone and couldn't believe his eyes when he saw what he saw.
