ARABELLA IYRA
“Iyra, will you not going with us?” tanong sa akin ni Daddy.
I just laughed and went back up the stairs to my room to get dressed. As I walked into my room, I suddenly remembered the man I had met earlier outside the elevator. He looks very familiar to me; I'm not sure where I saw him, but I'm sure I saw him somewhere.
I went into the bathroom to take a shower and stayed there for a few minutes. Because of the excessive noise I was hearing, my head began to hurt and I covered my ear with my hand.
I got down on my knees and remembered what Alaric had said to me in the hospital. I stayed in my position.
“Can I go with you to the Philippines, Daddy? I'd also like to see how beautiful the Philippines is,”
“Yes, honey, and please be good because I'll be there on a business trip and will be meeting our company's investors. And don't forget to pack your belongings because we'll be heading to the Philippines later,”
“Daddy, I love you, please tell Mommy that I really love her so much!”
I sobbed bitterly as the plane crashed and plummeted to the ground.
“AAHHHHHHHHH!”
My headache and the noise around me faded away gradually. I stayed on my knees with my hands on the floor.
I am, in fact, Mommy and Daddy's long-lost child. I am the only one who can truly help myself remember what is happening to me in the past.
I stood up, turned off the shower, wrapped a towel around my body, and exited the bathroom. I sit in front of the large mirror and use the blower to dry my hair.
*Tok...tok...tok...*
“We'll wait you in the living room, Iyra,” sabi ulit ni Daddy.
