(IZZY'S POV)
LJ shook me awake and we quickly ran behind a big oak tree.
"When is he going to wake up do you think?" I whispered peering out from behind the tree.
"I'm not sure probably soon though because he can't sleep in late." He whispered chuckling at me.
"What?" I asked him as he quickly stopped laughing.
"What what?" He asked playing dumb.
"Why are you laughing at me?" I chuckled. He smiled an evil grin.
"You're covered in dirt from laying on the ground. You're all muddy." I laughed trying to be quiet as I saw my clothes were truly covered in mud. I shrugged and looked around the trunk again. EJ was slowly getting up so I ducked back behind the tree.
"Ok wait for him to freak out before we scare him." I whispered. He nodded and we waited and listened.
"What the! Did they seriously leave me." He said frantic and angry. I nodded and we jumped out screaming boo. He jumped and fell on the ground hiding his face. I still haven't ever seen behind his mask.
"When are you going to show me your face, I'm your brother for Petes sake." LJ asked.
"Never." He said rushing back to the bush to retrieve his mask. He secured and walked back over to us. "Why'd you guys do that!" He said while laughing.
"Cuz it was funny." I said smirking. He smiled and wrapped me in a bear hug and pulling met to the ground. I struggled in his arms but he wouldn't let me go so I gave up.
"I hate when you do that." I sighed slightly muffled from his hoodie.
"I know, that's why I do it." He laughed letting me go. I sprang up and ran to hide behind a tree.
"Ok well if you guys are finished we need to get back so let's go." LJ said walking in the wrong direction.
"Other way bud." EJ said laughing and walking the other direction. We followed and EJ linked his arm through mine.
-----when they get back------
"You're home! Where were you guys!" Tess yelled while Jeff nodded his head.
"It's a long story." I laughed and explained it from the beginning.
"Omg! We should like have a dance or something, I haven't had a reason to get dressed up in forever. And it will be like a celebration for your return." Tess shrieked clapping her hands together.
"Great." I said sarcastically.
"We're doing it, no excuses. Let's get Anna and go get our dresses from town."
"Wait guys hold on we need to make this next week." LJ said shifting to his other foot.
"Why?" Jeff asked with a slight scowl towards LJ. He was fine with him being here but they deffinitley don't like each other.
"I still need to get a date." he mumbled quietly. I walked up to him and wrapped my arm around his shoulder.
"It's ok we'll find you a date." I said giving him a reassuring pat on the back. He smiled and nodded. I grabbed Jeff's arm and pulled them out the door. "We are going to find you a date," I pointed at LJ and than turned to Jeff, "and you are going to help." They mumbled in agreement and we started on our way to find proxies that would date LJ.
