Dimitri's POV
Her eyes sparkle with mischief, making me want to pull the car over again and just take her right here.
The rest of the drive home is silent, she grips onto the door handle as I speed down the highway. I just can't wait. She's sexy when she's angry, but I can't tell her that, it'll make her even more upset. The little furrow of her eyebrows, the small pout, it makes me just want her.
When we get inside the house, I see her cross her arms, seemingly waiting for what's about to happen. I walk into the living room and she follows. She definitely wants this just as much as I do.
"Something you want piccola?" I tease her.
Her eyes widen, she knows that I already know she's horny by the glazed over look in her eyes, the pressure she puts on her thighs when she tries to squeeze her legs together, the small blush on her chest. I just want to hear her say it.
"I'm going to take a shower, join me." I smirk. Shower sex is overrated, but if it's done right it feels amazing.
I know she's more inexperienced than I am, but I like that I'm the one to teach her most things. She's my perfect fit.
Her slow nod shows me that she's intrigued. I wonder if she's ever thought about shower sex.
My phone ringing cuts my thoughts, Eve looks at my pocket and back into my eyes, waiting for me to answer it.
I slowly pull my phone out of my pocket and answer.
"Don, we have a problem." One of my men say frantically.
"What is it?" I sigh, knowing I'll have to go handle whatever this is. Eve's head tilts to the side, curious about what's going on. I smile and put the phone on speaker so she can hear for herself.
"Popov was spotted with Antonio and some other guy at a nearby coffee shop. I assume you wouldn't have Antonio go alone with Popov."
"How far is the coffee shop?" They are probably at Robust Coffee Corner, that's the only place I know of. It's about thirty miles away.
"It's a small hole in the wall called Ann's. It's about twenty miles away from our hideout."
Fuck, I didn't know there was another coffee shop ten miles closer than Robust's. I could've saved some gas and time if I knew. The fact that it's closer means Popov could drive right past the place.
"Don, why is Antonio with him? If I may ask."
I look at Eve and see that she tilts her head downwards at his question. I know she feels bad, but she shouldn't, she didn't know.
"All you need to know is that Antonio isn't one of us anymore. I'll handle that, but for now; hold tight, make sure some men are ready by the time I get there."
"Yes Don." He says before he hangs up.
I give Eve a knowing look. I have to go and she knows that.
"Can I come?" She asks as I shrug my jacket on.
"No." I say shortly.
Her lips curl downwards but she nods her head. Even though she's being trained to use a gun by the best, she isn't ready for a potential shootout situation. We don't know if this is a trap or just a simple meet up between a nasty Popov and a nastier friend.
I place my fingers under her chin and kiss her softly. "I'll be back, call May. She would probably be happy to come over." I suggest.
I hate leaving her alone, especially since she's prone to panic attacks, At least someone could be here with her if it happens.
