Minho got up early that morning, his mother giving him a strange look.

"Is there something special today?" She asked, giving him his breakfast.

"Not really..." he answered shortly, eating his food quickly and grabbing his bag. She was taken aback by his actions, a small smile on her lips.

"Ok Well pass a good day at school"

"See you later mom" he said before closing the door, both the parents looking at each other.

It seemed like things were finally getting better.

"It's the first time he hasn't cried in the morning...he's finally healing" she held her husband tightly, tears welling up in her eyes.

Minho rushed to school for only one reason, he wanted to hear him play the violin again. He walked to the same class he'd been watching for the past week and sat down in one of the seats, waiting patiently.

He was about to fall asleep when the door behind him opened, Jisung walking in and smiling when he saw Minho.

"You sure are here early"

"Yeah..." he scratched the back of his head. "Guess I just really wanted to hear you play..." Minho tried to smile but all he could do is look normal and not saddened, which was sort of an upgrade.

"Let me just get ready, it'll only be a second"

Jisung got the violin out of his case and started to make sure it was all set before playing a few chords.

He closed his eyes and Minho looked at him with a stunned expression like he did every time.

"You should audition for the big play in the city, I'm sure they'd take you in" Minho told him calmly. He didn't have this sob in his voice anymore from before, making Jisung smile.

"I wish I could, they'd never even consider me, plus it's not like I can" He played his notes perfectly.

"Why not? Is it not what you want to do later?"

"My parents already decided I'll be a doctor, so no, I don't really have a choice here" He suddenly stopped and sighed, sitting down on the stage right in front of Minho.

"That's bullshit"

"Excuse me?"

"I said it's bullshit, who cares what they want? They aren't going to be living your life later, heck you won't even be in the same house...do what you want"

Jisung looked at him and nodded.

"I know you're right but...I can't help it"

"Don't do anything you'll regret." He knew that Minho was telling himself that at the same time. He knew that because he could hear the fear behind his voice.

"I'll try..."

"Good.." Minho gave him a small smile, this would usually be normal, seing someone flash a smile at him, but this time it was different.

Jisung saw the curve on his lips and frowned, packing his stuff.

He was about to head out quickly when minho tilted his head.

"Where are you going?"

"I forgot I have something to do!" He quickly ran out of the door and went into the bathrooms, putting a hand over his mouth and crying his lungs out. He cried so much that it felt like blood was going to soak up from his throat.

"Why did you have to have the same smile...?" He sobbed out in the empty stalls.

He heard footsteps walking in, so he lifted his feet from the ground and put a hand in front of his mouth, blocking out his sobs.
