"Kaito, I told you to get in the car already, we're going to be late" jisung said and the kid hurried to get his things, dropping his toys while Jisung groaned.

He shoved his things in his bag and watched his kid get his backpack over his shoulders.

"Are you late again?" A woman arrived from upstairs, her fair skin and brown hair falling down to her stomach.

"Yeah, I didn't wake up...again" he replied shortly and managed to get all he needed in his bag. The woman walked to him and cupped his face.

"Look at me two seconds" she said and brushed the hair out of his face, pulling his face in for a kiss. "Be careful at work today, I'll pick up Kaito after school" she smiled at him and Jisung hugged her, both of them holding each other for a little while before he ran out of the door frame to the car with his kid by his side.

"Dad you look tired" the child said once they were in the car.

"Seatbelt" his dad said before starting the car. He looked in the mirror to see the bright eyes of his son after the question.

"I am tired...it's just a lot baby"

"Can I help?" He asked, balancing his feet back and forth on the seat.

"No it's alright, it'll get better" he attempted to reassure himself but failed miserably. He drove all the way to his school and they stopped in front of the parking space. Jisung looked back to see Kaito with his head down, not getting out of the car.

"Come on buddy we'll be late"

"I don't want to go...the other kids always make fun of me..."

Jisung bit the inside of his cheek, closing his eyes shut.

"I'll talk to the teachers tonight ok? But for now I really need to go"

"Alright...I'll see you after school"

"I'll see you later sweetheart" he got out of the car and walked away, jisung leaving as soon as he saw him enter the school. He rushed to his work place and got all over his things ready for the day, putting his uniform on and greeting the people he worked with.

"Jisung! You're actually on time today" he colleague commented, to which he just nodded and left to his office. He got all of his notes out and started to check his patients for the day, one by one.

He didn't have any time for himself, all he did was work. With his kid and wife to take care of, their was no space for his own needs.

He had gone cold, he couldn't exactly pin point where it had gone wrong for his life to be so repetitive. He just heard his mom's voice yelling at him to always be better.

He had made it after all, he was going to become an official doctor in a few years, for now he had to stick to paper work and helping clients. His mom wanted him to get this job, so he did. She wanted him to have a good wife and a little boy, he had that. Their was everything he was supposed to want.

But he wasn't happy.

He went through a few clients, giving his best empathic smile at each other them, trying his best not to wear it out too much.

At the end of the day he was barely holding it together, he just wanted to go home and sleep, even if he had insomnia nowadays.

He heard a knock at the door and he was too busy looking over his files to look at the shadow under the door.

"Come in" he said and went over his requirements sheets. "Have a seat" he instructed and so a person sat in front of him, but the tension seemed strange between them.
