Previously, we saw the aftermath of Rias's actions in the previous chapter with her nearly getting killed as well as Issei's hatred of hers intensifying, after which Issei met an enigmatic visitor known as W. D. Gaster. After discussing his fate as well as a promise to meet him in the future. Issei heads towards school, where he deals with the aftermath of his actions towards Rias in the form of the ORC and the StuCo. following him, he then decides to train Raynare is her light magic three days later, with himself getting trained with the two dragons living inside his body. The next day they meet Asia, another of Issei's friends who not only loved him in the past timeline but also stayed by his side till the very end before the reset, she remembered everything of the past timeline. They then come across three other fallen angels who wanted to bring Raynare back to them as well as take Asia for their sacred gear only to get themselves killed, after which the 4 head home along with Chara who had joined for some fun =), then the next day Issei has a chat with Sona while playing chess with him, which Issei won, which meant that Issei was betrothed to Sona Sitri

Kuoh Academy Halls, 11:30 AM 

Issei was just walking through the halls thinking of the events that just passed through, the reset, the changes in this timeline, the chess match, that was when Draigg decided to talk to him about the chess game

Draigg: About the chess game, you do-

Issei: I did not cheat bro
