The holidays in Etarnaya had gone by pretty fast, now it being the last day.
Mairy seemed to have picked up the tension, knowing that people will be going back to school and work, thus temporarily renovating the dining area into something you might find in a royal palace, despite it being way too luxurious already.
With this new renovation, Resevar planned a giant feast, which would be taking place this evening, for the whole of the Mairy-Unique.
"Orchid, you ready?" Orchid heard Everbloom knock on the door of Room 13.
Tonight Orchid was wearing a sparkly indigo dress which she found while exploring the surrounding areas with Everbloom, the look complete with her new demaver and bracelet.
"Coming!" Orchid walked over to the door and opened it.
Everbloom was wearing a green knee length dress, which seemed replicate the texture of a leaf.
"Come on, the feast is going to start any minute." Everbloom said as Orchid locked the door.
As the two walked over to the dining area, they could hear a strange scratching sound underneath the carpeted floors.
"Um, what is that sound?" Orchid asked as they neared to the dining area.
"Not sure, the Mairy-Unique is landing for the feast, so there is probably just some disturbance." Everbloom replied, but Orchid could tell she looked worried.
All of a sudden, a burst of light appeared out of no-where and a panicked Resevar appeared.
"Resevar! Are you ok?!" The two asked him as he frantically started looking out the windows.
"Of course not! My sanity has gone down the drain and soon my job will too!" Resevar said before teleporting away in another flash of light.
"Well, nothing to worry about then." Everbloom shrugged and continued walking to the dining area.
Orchid sighed and was about to follow Everbloom, but in another flash of light, Resevar appeared in front of them again.
"Everbloom, would you mind creating a barrier of vines surrounding the Mairy-Unique? Please?" Resevar asked pleadingly.
"Why?" Everbloom asked, staring him down.
"Well, I'm not meant to panic those on board, but I suppose you two don't count. There has been rumours of an attack on the Mairy-Unique!" Resevar said as the scratching noises from before became louder.
"And it isn't a rumour anymore!" He said panicking before yet again teleporting away.
"He really should stop doing that, it is outstandingly rude." Everbloom huffed.
"Everbloom, don't you think you really should listen to what he said though? I would rather not be attacked right now, and I don't think I'm the only one who thinks that." Orchid said with a nervous grin.
"Fine Miss Lightwalker, if you really insist." Everbloom said sarcastically and closed her eyes.
A green glow came from her hands, burning brighter and brighter, and Everbloom opens her eyes which now glowing an emerald green.
"I suggest you hold onto something." Everbloom stared at Orchid.
The Mairy-Unique jerked violently as it was lifted into the air.
Orchid was pushed towards the wall, and she gripped onto it as she looked outside with awe.
Giant vines tore through the ground, gripping onto the Mairy-Unique, but that wasn't the only thing she could see.
A strange group of shadowy figures lingered near the base of the vines, trying to dodge them as they grew and grew.
Eventually the Mairy-Unique suddenly jerked upright, and the vines grew no more.
"I thought you said creating a patch of grass was the most you could do." Orchid said in awe.
"Never underestimate an Earth Elf." Everbloom said before there was a terrifying sound of a giant crack.
