Orchid barely had anytime to react before Resevar took off panting, and not knowing what to do, she followed him.

Running after him past the dining hall, through about five hallways and another set of rooms, Orchid couldn't help but feel as if something seemed terribly off.

"Um, Resevar? What is it?" Orchid asked as she walked into the darkened room, attempting to look around, but it was nearly pitch black.

"Hello there human, I sense your presence, you should feel honoured to be the first to witness my glory back into Etarnaya." A deep voice said.

Resevar walked out of the shadows towards Orchid grinning.

"Resevar, what's going on!" Orchid said, backing away towards the door.

"Resevar can't answer you right now, now that I have come into him, he is under my control." Resevar, or at least the person, or thing, in him cackled.

"Who even are you?!" Orchid felt for the door but it seemed to have disappeared.

'Oh no, what do I do?' Orchid thought to herself as she circled around the room trying to feel for the door.

"You don't know who I am! Ha! Pathetic! The Court of Etarnayans really must have wanted to forget about their dear friend. Well, let me make a few things clear, you can either join my forces of darkness and I will spare you, but if you choose to fight against me, it will be the last thing you will ever do, so pick wisely." The thing inside Resevar said, Resevar's eyes started to burn of shadows and darkness.

"Um, but you still didn't mention who you are." Orchid said, stalling for time as she felt for the door in a panic.

"Ah that's right, I suppose after that you still don't recognise me. Well guess what, I am back, I am the Shadow." Resevar's eyes started to glow, the aura of darkness flooding out of them into the air.

At the word Shadow, Orchid's mind seemed to be teleported somewhere, or sometime.

She saw people running and screaming, she saw chaos.

She saw darkness enveloped around the world.

Then all of a sudden she saw them.

She saw twelve people walking together armed with the power of the light.

She saw them fight against the darkness, no-matter who came against them, they took them on, until they saw the Shadow.

Bringing on the fight, they ran towards the darkness united.

All of a sudden, there was a burst of light.

From there Orchid's vision turned to flashes.

A scream.

Someone running.

A note.

A last goodbye.

Orchid gasped as she was brought back to reality.

The Shadow was walking towards her.

"So, what is your choice, join me or die." The Shadow grinned.

While Orchid didn't want to risk losing her life, she didn't want to side with evil, not at any cost.

"Well, um." Orchid muttered.

"Too much hesitation." The shadow snarled and pounced on Orchid.

In a last attempt to protect herself Orchid put her hands in front of her, fearing for the impact, to be hit by the force of darkness.

But instead she felt nothing.

Then all of a sudden she felt an urge of power rising within her.

"No! This isn't possible!" She heard the shadow yell in frustration.

Slowly opening her eyes she gasped.

It seemed that light was radiating from her, the room that was filled with darkness was now filled with light.

Sparks of golden light flooded around her, it seemed to be protecting her from the force of the Shadow.

The Shadow seemed to be struggling against the light, unable to make a move against it.

"How are you doing this! This magic is-" the Shadow was hit with realisation.

The Shadow smiled.

"I'll be seeing you again soon, Sunriser." All of a sudden a burst of darkness flew out of Resevar and out of the ship.

Gasping for breath, the light Orchid created dispersed as Orchid ran towards Resevar.

"Orchid." Resevar gasped.

"What is it, what happened?!" Orchid asked.

"So the prophecy is true." Resevar said, his eyes widened.

"What prophecy?!" Orchid said, fearing for the worst.

Resevar look up at Orchid, his face pale.

"He is back."
