Trouble

Upon my release from the infirmary, I was walking back to my room when I saw Ben.  "One final fuck?"  He asked as I walked by.  I kept walking and my uninjured arm was grabbed.

"Let her go."  Liam said coming to my aide.  I saw Alex behind Ben.  Ben released my arm.  "You aren't in charge anymore.  Don't touch her.  Don't talk to her."  Liam said.

"She has two guards and every woman is in the care of good men."  Alex said.  "Good luck."

Liam and Alex escorted me back to my room.  I sat down on my bed and Liam shut the door behind him.  "Baby still fine?"  Alex asked quietly sitting beside me.

"Doc said to take it easy and come back if I have problems.  I need to go back in a couple of weeks."  I said.  Liam sat on the other side of me.

"I hope it looks like me.  He's too goofy looking."  Liam said making me smile.  I gave them both a soft kiss.  "No sex huh."

"No.  Sorry."  I said touching Liam's jaw with my fingertips.

"I'll live."  He said.  I laid back on my bed.

"I'm just glad I don't have to pretend anymore."  I said.

"I have to go meet with the leader.  Al is going to hang with you.  Need anything while I'm out?"

"A mansion with a view."  I said.

"Sorry baby, fresh out."  He said, he gave me a soft kiss.  "I'll see ya later."  He said.

"Okay."  I said.  He left the room and Alex leaned back on the bed beside me.

"Doc said you were all cleared.  You just have to be careful.  Did you lie to Liam?"  He asked, his fingertips traced a pattern on my neck and collarbone.

"He's too rough with me."  I said.

"Tell him.  He loves you just as much as I do.  He will understand."  Alex said.

"Alex, he yelled at me when he found out I was using other means of release rather than sex."  I said.

"When?"  He asked.

"A couple of days before Ben showed."  I said.  "Liam gets something out of straight up fucking."  I said.

"Did he cause those bruises on your back?"  He asked.

"It wasn't his fault."  I said.

"Yes.  It was.  He forced you after he promised you he would never do that."  Alex said standing.  I caught his arm.

"Alex, he said he was sorry."  I said.

"Doesn't matter.  It still happened."  He said.

"Alex, just stay.  Please."  I whispered.  He sat down beside me, clearly very pissed off.  I kissed his shoulder.  "I wasn't trying to piss you off."  I said quietly.

"You should have told me sooner, Mel.  I could have set him straight."

"I know, but he did apologize."  I said.

"I'm still going to talk to him about it."  He said.  His fingertips brushed my chin, before his hand slid to the back of my neck.  His lips met mine in a soft kiss. 

"Alex."  I whispered against his lips.

"Yes?"  He said his nose brushed mine.

"Please don't let Ben rape me again."  I said a tear fell from my eye.  "It makes me afraid of doing anything with you or Liam because it hurts so bad."  I said with a sob.

"I promise to protect you.  If he even tries to touch you I will kill him.  I let you down when they found us and I knew that if he found out about our arrangement you'd get hurt.  I will never let you down again."  He said.  He gave me a soft kiss before laying down with me.  I fell asleep curled up to his chest.
