"Freddy, I'm boooored." Gregory repeated for the umpteenth time. "We haven't even finished that alphabet sign game." Freddy reminded the boy, keeping his eyes on the road. "Because there hasn't been a sign in foreeever!" Gregory told. "That is not true, there was a sign twenty miles back." The bear pointed out, adding with, "Which was twenty minutes ago." The boy merely quietly huffed to himself.

"Look, we'll get out at the next gas station, and you can-" Freddy was interrupted by a sputtering sound, followed by the vehicle slowly coming to a crawl. "Oh no...!" As he steered the van off to the shoulder, the vehicle suddenly stopped. "Uh, what happened?" Gregory asked, watching as the animatronic gave the gauges a good look. "It appears... we're out of fuel."

"Now what are we gonna do?" Freddy shook his head a little. "I am unsure. We obviously cannot get anywhere with the tank empty, but I do not know where to fill it." While the bear continued to think of a solution to their current predicament, Gregory suddenly pipped up with, "Maybe there's some gas at that cabin!"

"What cabin?" Looking over, Freddy saw as the boy pointed to a cabin about a yard past the tree line of the forest. "Can we go check?" Gregory asked, looking back to his friend. Obviously, the kid was eager to get out and stretch his legs. "It seems to be the only option at the moment." Freddy commented with a shrug. "Okay, then."

Hastily, Gregory undid his seat belt and threw his car door open. As he hopped out, he turned back around to see Freddy still fumbling a little with his seat belt. "Come on! Hurry up, Freddy!" He exclaimed, already taking off. "Wait up, superstar!" The bear called, finally undoing the buckle. "The cabin is not going anywhere!"

"But I am, so hurry up!" Gregory called back, still running into the woods. Freddy hastily got out of the van, closing and locking the doors behind himself as he caught up with the boy.

The interior of the cabin was anything but empty. Piles of boxes were scattered about, barely any room being left between them and the dusty, drape-covered furniture. There was a small sectioned off room to the side, with a bed, dresser, mirror and more boxes. Everything was covered in a pristine layer of dust, particles dancing in the sunlight that poured through the thin, white curtains. The door, that looked as though it hadn't been opened in years, suddenly swung open—the nearby dust being disturbed by the draft it created.

"Gregory, you should have knocked first!" Taking a look around, Gregory answered with, "It looks abandoned." Walking inside after the boy, Freddy found the inside of the cabin to be a bit cramped—though it large size didn't help things either. "Now, where would they keep the gas?" Gregory began, easily sliding between boxes and furniture. "There's gotta be something in all this junk!"

"Gregory?" Pausing, the boy turned around to see Freddy having a hard time trying to get any deeper into the cabin. "Can you help me out, please?" Snickering, Gregory made his way back over to the bear to try and clear room for him. "Here ya go!" Helping the boy shove boxes aside, Freddy smiled. "Thank you, superstar!"

"Let's get to looking!" Gregory then exclaimed, making his way to the small, open kitchen. "Maybe we'll find some other treasures while we're here." He added, already snooping through boxes. "Let us just try and find fuel for the van. I do not think it would be a goo idea going through all these boxes." Freddy noted, moving boxes aside to try and find a gas canister. "Aww, man."

"We do not know if somebody might come back for all these things." Freddy explained, picking up a small, and heavy chest to place on top of another box just out of the way. "Wait," Gregory began again, looking back up to the bear. "Then, why don't you just use your x-ray vision to see inside the boxes?" Freddy laughed a little. "That is not quite how it works, superstar. I can only see people, and animatronics. Not objects."

"Drats." Gregory mumbled. His gaze then wandered a little. "That's a cool looking box." He commented, pointing to the small chest Freddy had just moved. "Actually, it appears to be a chest, Gregory." The boy's eyes lit up a little bit. "Like a treasure chest?!" He asked, already making his way over. "I, erm, don't think so." Freddy watched as the boy made a reach for the chest—attempting to pick it up. "Here, let me. It is quite heavy."

"Thanks!" Gregory pulled his hands back, and let Freddy pick the chest up and place it on the floor by his feet. Crouching down, the boy continued to try and open the chest. Freddy watched as he did, finding himself to also be curious as to what was inside. Who knows? Maybe there is treasure inside the chest, whatever it may be. After fumbling with the semi-rusty latch, Gregory swung the lid open. It creaked audibly, obviously indicating it's need to be polished up. Gregory gasped, chocolate brown eyes widening. "Is that... what I think it is?"

"It... It is." Freddy confirmed, looking down into the chest. Gregory looked up, locking eyes with Freddy. The boy was sporting a quickly growing look of excitement, while Freddy simply remained puzzled and shocked. "Awesome!"
