A.N. I have changed Keith's name, due to the reoccurring confusion between him and Kurtis. He will now be known as Drew.

It was finally going to be a normal shift for once. Not one where Vanessa would have him off on wild car chases out of town all for the sake of one brat and a haywire animatronic. Unlocking one of the small supply closets in the warehouse, Drew sighed to himself. So what if something happens to the robot? They can replace him no problem, and it's not like it'd be a huge loss anyways. He reached for a cleaning kit from off one of the shelves before leaving the closet.

They have several spare character shells located in the crates that surrounded him that very moment. Drew had no idea what Vanessa was so hung up on. Did that kid learn some secret of her's while he was here? With a small eye roll, Drew set the cleaning kit on a workbench that had a powered down endoskeleton sat atop it. Before opening the kit, he looked up at the thing's dead eyes. "All this fuss, and for nothing."

Opening the kit, he took out the bottle of cleaning solution, rags and a face mask. Why did Fazbear Entertainment have to supply employees with cleaning products that had such strong chemical stench? We're they trying to poison their workers? With a small shake of his head, he simply put the construction-grade mask on before taking a rag in his hand. Popping the lid of the cleaning solution, Drew put a small amount on the rag before beginning to clean everything that was surface level—while possibly fantasizing about a raise. He'd definitely deserve one if he gets pulled into any more shenanigans while on the clock.

"Gregory, that puddle is too big!" Freddy pointed out, watching as Gregory was clearly tempted to jump into the large mud puddle just off the side of the sidewalk. There'd been a rainstorm the night before, leaving many puddles all around town. Noticing how Gregory had nothing but his sneakers, Kurtis opted to do some digging around in his uncle's storage. He stumbled upon an old pair of rain boots he'd left behind as a kid, which seemed to fit Gregory perfect. "Come on, Freddy! What's the point of wearing rubber boots if I can't jump in mud puddles?"

"The point is to keep your feet dry. They won't keep the rest of you dry, and you'll only get dirty." Freddy explained, feeling justified in his response. Gregory glanced back up to Freddy and looked at him for a minute. The bear could tell what the boy was thinking. "Gregory, don't!" Gregory said nothing, but simply gave Freddy a small smirk before doing the exact opposite—mud flying in all directions as he jumped as high as he could into the mud. "Did you see that splash?!"

"Gregory!" Freddy blinked a few times to make sure mud hadn't gotten into his optics. He then looked over both himself and Gregory. Mud could be spotted on Freddy, but he wasn't nearly as mud-covered as Gregory. His jacked was half covered in mud, with his pants having gotten the worse of the splash radius. Spot of mud were seen on Gregory's skin, and even though the boy's chocolate-colored hair made seeing the mud hard, Freddy could still tell there was mud in it too. "That was awesome!"

"And now you are all dirty!" Freddy lightly scolded. Though, seeing the huge smile on Gregory's face as he kept lightly splashing the puddle with the tip of his foot, the bear couldn't even be a little bit mad. "When we go back to Bill's house, we will have to ask him if you can use his bathtub." The light splashes suddenly stopped. "... A bath?"

"Yes, Gregory. A bath." Gregory huffed a little, along with a subtly eye-roll. "Come on, let's go before that mud dries on you completely." Begrudgingly, Gregory turned around and stepped out of the mud puddle. Grabbing onto Freddy's hand, the boy walked back to Bill's house with the bear.

"Thank you again for giving Gregory something clean to wear, Bill." Freddy thanked, as he sat at the kitchen table while Gregory took his bath. "Don't mention it. I've been meanin' to donate a bunch of that stuff since forever, so may as well put it to use." The bear smiled. "And it was awfully convenient, too. Do you have children?"

"Nah, never married." Bill answered, sitting across from the animatronic. "But, I treat Kurtis like my own son. He's spent some nights here when he was a kid, and at one point my sister just left some of his clothes here to save some of the hassle." He explained, mindlessly thrumming his fingers along the tabletop. "Oh, I see. I can tell you care for your nephew very much, then!"

"Thanks." Bill smirked. "Well actually, my sister's husband passed when Kurtis was just a toddler, so someone had to fill his old man's shoes for him, y'know?" After a beat, Freddy nodded. "That was very noble of you." He complimented. The conversation quieted down a bit, as the sound of the tub draining could then be heard.

Standing up, Freddy went down the hall to knock on the bathroom door. "Superstar, do you need any help?" He called. "Nope! I got it!" Gregory called back, already in the process of getting the pajamas on. Staying by the door, Freddy waited for Gregory to be done getting dressed. When the door opened, the bear looked to the boy. He was fresh and clean—save for his somewhat disheveled hair, anyways. "Do they fit you good?"

"Yup!" Gregory chirped. Freddy smiled. "Good. Your clothes will be clean soon, how about something to eat while we wait?" Gregory nodded in agreement, heading towards the kitchen. "Oh, and you need to be cleaned up too!" He called over his shoulder. Freddy looked at himself, noticing the dried mud on his outer shell. "Oh. I almost forgot."

"I'll make Gregory his sandwich while you clean yourself up, how about that?" Bill offered, taking out a couple slices of bread. Freddy gave a nod. "Thank you."
