After being shot by Jason who used the couple hiding for protection as a getaway, the couple regrouped with the team in silence. Edith right away believed that the person before them had been Jason Todd, unlike Dick.
Needing proof Dick grabs a shovel and goes to the family plot where he starts to dig up Jason's grave. Dick was left with the sudden realization that Jason was alive, because there was no body in his casket.
In the main living room Dick stood before Dawn, Kory, Hank, and Edith with his arms crossed sharing the news of the night prior, "There was a dead body. Jason's body. Bruce saw it with his own eyes."
"Maybe he was confused," Hank tries to reason only they knew coming back from the dead wasn't something to take lightly
Dawn immediately shuts down that idea, "Bruce doesn't do confused."
"I don't want to say it, but-" Kory tries to logically look at the news
"It was Jason. We saw him," Dick states and it wasn't hard to know who the 'we' was in that group making eyes turn to face Edith
"Yeah, um what he said," Edith leans back into the seat placing her worn out combat boots on the coffee table
"How did he do it?" Dawn looks up at Dick thinking he must have the answer
"Somebody do some kind of voodoo act and raise him from the dead?" Hank seriously asks no playfulness in his voice
"Bruce knows people," Kory follows the idea as it was plausible
"Bruce doesn't know anything about this." Dick says with certainty as the man had yet to know his youngest son was back in the world of the living "He never would have killed the Joker if Jason was alive."
"Then Ra's al Ghul?" Dawn suggests making Edith shudder a chill running down her spin
"Unlikely. He's in Kadeem," Dick answers having already considered that possibility
"If someone's bringing people back to life, maybe they could bring Donna back," Kory hopefully brings up making Dick lower his gaze at the mention of his dead best friend and he wasn't the only one to tense up at the idea
"Don't, just don't" Edith crosses her arms not liking the idea of resurrection, hell she couldn't even think about Ra's al Ghul without having a chill run down her spine
Relieving the tension Hank speaks up, "Well, it's a little early for Easter, but someone resurrected the little assbite."
"Or he faked his death well enough to fool even Bruce," Dawn counters having ideas of her own
