We are going to start off with some background info:

Maya and Josh have been together for about 5 months. Maya is 17 and Josh is 18. Chase Hudson and Maya grew up together back in their hometown. Growing up they inseparable. When chase decided he was going to move to LA, they grew apart a little bit but still were very close. When Maya went to LA to visit chase one time, she met Josh. She fell for him and he fell for her. Maya now lives in LA with josh. 

Maya's POV:

It was 7am in the morning on a Wednesday. The sun was shining and I felt like I was going to have a great day. If I could even get out of the bed.

J- mhmmmm

M- babes please let me get up

J- noooooo

M- you can go back to sleep but I need to get up

J- a few more minutes please 

M- fine

I say rolling over to rest my head on his bare chest. His hand went to me hair and somehow I fell back asleep. This wasn't apart of the plan but oh well. We both woke up *again* around 9:30.

J- morning baby

he said while kissing my head

M- morning bubba

I say while cuddling deeper into his chest

M- you weren't supposed to let me fall asleep again

J- well you kinda did it on your own

M- shut up joshua

J- be nice

M-I'm for real getting up this time

J- noo-

M- no sir you already pulled me back into that bed once this morning and your not doing it twice

I say making my way to the bathroom. I do my normal routine and then go back into the bedroom to get dressed and I see josh still in the bed.

M- joshhhh

J- yessss

M- Please get up

J- whyyyyy

he whines

M- because I want to go get breakfast

J- fineeeee

He gets out of the bed and jogs over to me and gives me kiss. After that I go into our closet and pick out my outfit. I decide on some jeans and a cute top. After I get dressed I go back into the bathroom and curl my hair and put on some light makeup. Josh had already gone downstairs and so I made my way downstairs.

J- you look gorgeous baby

M- awe thanks babe. You don't look so bad yourself.

I say while hugging him

M- are we ready to go?

I asked

J- yup

We both walk out the door and I get in the passenger seat while josh gets in the driver's seat. He grabs my hand and intertwined our fingers. The place we went to was only a 15 minutes drive but we still had a jam sesh. We pulled into the parking lot and found a parking spot. We walked in and got our table. As we were waiting to order I noticed someone very familiar sitting at the table across from us. It was Chase. I immediately got up and went over to him.

M- Chase!!!!!

C- OMG Maya

he said standing up and pulling me into a tight hug. 

C- OMG how have you been

M- I've been good how about you?

C- hangin in there. It feels like forever since we have seen each other.

M- I know right.

Me and chase just carried on having a causal conversation. Laughing and playfully hitting each other like we always used to.

Josh's POV: 

Maya randomly got up and went somewhere without saying anything to me. I turned my head to see where she was going and I saw her hugging this random kid. After they finished hugging I finally saw his face. It was chase. It always made me feel weird when he was around. I know they're best friends and she would never do something like that but still. I couldn't help but say it made me jealous. Obviously I never told her that her best friend made me jealous but he did. After about 5 or so minutes of them laughing and playfully hitting each other she finally came back.

M- sorry about that I saw chase and I just felt like I needed to go talk to him

J- oh no it's all good

I say trying not to sound weird about it. I tried my best to carry our breakfast on without acting weird but It was bothering me. We finished breakfast and I went a payed. We walked out to the car and started making our way back to the house. Normally I would be holding her hand our I would put my hand on her thigh but today I rubbed my hand up and down my own thigh nervously.

M- babe

J- mhm

M- are you ok

J- yeah I'm fine

M- are you sure you just seem a little tense

J- yep yep totally fine

M- whatever you need to tell yourself

The car ride was pretty silent and when we pulled into the drive way I quickly go out. She rushed up to me and grabbed my arm.

M- josh slow down please

J- why

M- I just feel like you need to talk. Here sit down

I sat down on our front port right next to her.

M- you know you can talk to me right?

she say while grabbing my hand

J- I know I just feel like it's so stupid.

M- I'm sure it's not

she say reassuringly 

J- well it just made me jealous seeing you and Chase together like that. Lik I know you guys are best friends but It just made me jealous to see the one and only girlfriend that I have truly loved and cared for hugging another guy. I know it's stupid but that's what it was

M- no no I understand. First thank you for actually talking to me about how you felt and second I just want you to know that there has never been nor ever will be anything between me and Chase. We are best friends like you said and I view him as a brother. 

J- I know you aren't the type of person to do that ever so it doesn't ever cross my mind that anything of that sort would ever happen but it just made me jealous. Because I love you maya and I know that we have never said those 3 words before but there no denying it at this point. I love you maya

M- I love you so much more than you could ever imagine Josh. And that's why I could never doing something like that to you. 

I pulled her in for a hug and kissed her head.

M- I love you 

She whispered 

J- I love you more 

I whispered back.
