Arthur's Pov

I woke up and yawn, standing up and cleaning myself. After minutes I go downstairs to the dining room. Sitting down as the maid served the food for me, I ate silently.

Hearing footsteps, I looked up "oh, Arthur why up so early?" Father asks. Looking down again to my food and continue to eat "none of your business" I said.

He chuckle "well, it is my son I am talking so it is also my business" I look up to him, there is no way Father also is a good person. But the promise for Elise that I would do it so be it.

"I have some important business about the kingdom too" I said as I think of Elise, she is going to be my bride to be. "Great, Son! About the kingdom, i see then you have to be hurry for it". Father said.

I look down and keep eating, Father saw this and said "oh, let Princess Victoria fix your loneliness. Um.. oh you!" Father said while pointing at the maid in the back "call Princess Victoria, let her entertain my lonely son" I look at him with my brow frown in anger.

"Father, I'm not lonely! I said I have business to do and I dont want anyone to talk to me" I said while standing up. "Control your voice down, son and remember Princess Victoria is your bride to be so she is part of your business of the kingdom as well" father said while standing up.

I look at him angrily, that's it I cant be success of this promise. I turned around and leave the room "Son!" I hear Father shout in the back.

Elise's Pov

Humming a tune while washing my hands "Elise, can you bring this to John? He's out there picking up some fruits, you can catch him. He's not too far" Mom said and I smiled, taking the box "Yes, mother".

Walking to the back of the house and goes into the forest "John!" I said, calling out for him "oh, right here!" I follow his voice, smiling and placing the box to the ground "this was heavy, here. Mother said you needed this" i said.

"Hmm, what's Inside?" John asks while picking some strawberry from the tree "I don't know, want me to open it?" I ask back, he shook his head "no, its fine. Here taking this basket back to the house" he said.

Tilting my head "what, but I just came here. I think you should be the one to give it to Mother and let me pick the fruits!" I said. He caresses his chin "hm, well good idea. That's it! Now dont go home late or your mom will kill me" John said and I chuckle "I wont!".

John carried the box and walk back to the house, turning my head and picking some strawberries from the tree "hm, that's why I love strawberries" I said to myself and eating 3 of the strawberries, chuckling as I think of John finding out.

"I would regret stealing strawberries without permission" I turned around to find Louis looking at me with a slight smirk, I roll my eyes and continue to pick the strawberries.

Louis walked slowly to me "Don't ignore me, Elise. You heard it last yesterday our fight with my brother, Yes I liked you" he said, I ignore him and keeps taking the strawberries.

"Oh, elise. You dont know what you did to me, hm? You make me hate my brother without you wanting it to happen" he said, I turned around and faced him "I didn't plan on doing that, I just want friends to be by my side" I said.

Louis tilted his head "You didn't even think about my feelings, dont you?" He asks and I frowned confusedly "When you keep talking and spending time with me, you didn't even think that'll make someone fall for you?" He asks again, I move back away.

"Louis, I just want to have friends by my side and you are my friend even though you hurted Arthur" I said, that's when Louis looked happy and disappoint? "I dont know how to express, but I am so happy to find a woman like you so kind and beautiful." He said, makes me smile.
