Elise's Pov

Arthur? He's the one who did this to Louis? No, They cant be fighting again. I looked down at Louis sleeping, I softly rub the wet towel in his cuts then he groaned in pain while he's asleep.

I stopped, putting the towel away and think. What if Arthur really hit him? Well I've got no choice but to question him.

A tear fell to my cheek, thinking of the two brother's relationship ended because of me. But i dont know if im also the reason why they fought today. I'm going to ask Louis when he wake up.

Arthur's Pov

Victoria treated my wound, while I look away. For all people and why this woman is the one who treated my cuts? I prefer got treated by a homeless than this witch treating me.

"What is the reason, Arthur that you and Louis fought?" She asks, I kept looking away "none of your business" I said, making victoria pout "don't be so rude, Im treating you now and you should thank me for a kiss". She said, making me want to puke as I imagine kissing her.

Looking at her with a disbelief look "Then don't treat me" I said while standing up, making her fall to the ground cause of her so much lean in to me. "Arthur!". I ignored her and walked out from her chamber.

Walking to the hallways to find Mother with a worried face "oh, Arthur! Have you seen Louis? Its been hours and I'm so worried!" She said unpatiently. "No, I thought you followed behind him?" I said and Mother shook her head.

"I did but I lost sight of him, he was running too fast and I tried calling the guards to look for him in the forest but they never found him." She said while tears streaming down her face. "Don't worry, mother. I will find him and perhaps I think I already know where he is staying" I said looking to the wall.

Mother furrows her brows "what, how? And where?" She asks and I looked at her "Just stay here, I'll be right back" I said and she nodded "alright, I'll wait". She replied then I walk through the hallways.

Walking out to the Castle then to the village, I know where Louis is. Whenever he is sad or lonely he goes to the person he trusts and love the most. Thats what I know about him.

Louis' Pov

I woke up with the sunlight hitting my face, I turned my head away and look around the small room. This is Elise's room. Sitting up slowly and only a groan left from my lips.

Hearing a gasp, I turned my head to find Elise quickly walk towards me "Louis, no don't stand up!" She said and quickly held me back down, I lay down and looked up to her. An angel who saved me.

"Louis, I dont know what happened but I'm so worried! You came outside of our door with the scars and cuts in your face and you got me so-" I cutted her sentence as I hugged her tightly, I've never felt my heart beating for someone who cared for me.

Whispering against her ear while caressing her hair "Thank you, for being there for me when I needed you the most" I said while closing my eyes. Elise relaxed and hugged me back. Feeling warmth.

"I am always here always for you, Louis" she said while patting my back, closing my eyes and holding her protectively. So good to have someone to care for me. Elise tried to pull back from the hug but I held her tightly and whispered "stay, please I needed this" I said.

Elise stayed and keep hugging me while caressing my back, closing my eyes then pulled back from the hug "I really need that, Thank you" I said and she nodded with a smile "so, can you tell me how did you end up here with a bruised face?" She asks and I clenched my jaw.

"Arthur, he hit me" I said and Elise froze in her place as I continued "he hit me while I did nothing but taking notes from the Library and My Father stopped us, He told me that I was just a mistake that I born" I said while looking down and tears fell to my cheek.

Elise stayed silence, I thought she wouldn't care but then she suddenly hugged me, letting my face bury into the crook of her neck "I'm sorry to hear that, B-but no! Your father is just not being serious or in a bad mood that is why he said that" Elise said, I held her.

"No, Elise. He is serious and everyday he always in a bad mood, maybe even when he was born he has a angry face" I said with a chuckle then elise pulls away and laughed with me "yes, like a grumpy face" she said while making an angry face. We laughed together and Enjoy this time with her.

Arthur's Pov

I knock on the door and Elise's Mother opened it, she looked surprised and I'm guessing that Louis really is here "You know Louis, right? He is my brother and I came to bring him back home" I said and she slowly nodded, letting me in.

I walked inside and heard laughter inside Elise's room, walking inside her room and found Louis with Elise laughing along with him. "Louis" I said then they stopped laughing, Louis looking at me with a cold face and Elise stood up from the bed she's sitting on.

"Elise" I said and she looked at me but with a cold face "Why are you here?" She asks and I answered "I came to look for Louis and he is actually here, so I come to take him back home" I said.

Elise shook her head "take him back home? No, I will not allow letting him go back to that home you called because you and your family are treating him badly!" She said with tears in her eyes. I tried to hold her but then she move back away "Listen, Mother wants him back home and-" she cutted me off "to what? To treat him again badly like you did?" She asks.

I shake my head, furrowing my brows "What are you even talking about?" I asks and she scoffed "Did you hit your head or something? You hurted Louis that even your Father blamed him that he cause all of the fight" she said and I shook my head, Louis hitted me first. Why is he lying "No, Elise that is not true!" I said quickly.

And elise didn't believe "how thick face you are to come here after hurting your brother and tried to bring him back home so you can hurt him again!" I widened my eyes "Elise im not planning it! And it is not tru-" my words were cutted off as Elise slapped me in the face, making me turn my head to the side.

"Enough of lies! How could you hurt your brother when he did not do anything to you, I hate you!" She said, making me silent. She hated me, Elise hated me. I tried to speak up with my shaky voice but she cutted me again "Get out, please I dont want to see you". She said in a whisper and she turned around, as she faced Louis who somehow listened to our conversation, more like enjoying.

I nodded my head, feeling tears in my eyes. I looked at her one more time "Im just here if you need me" I said before leaving her room. I turned my head to the side to see Elise's mother looking at me sadly, she was just here listening to all of our conversation. "I'm so sorry" she whispered and I smiled slightly, before leaving the house.

Elise's Pov

I sat down and Cried while Louis patted my back "It's alright, Elise" I shook my head and looked at Louis with tears streaming down my cheek "Oh, Louis I forgot that you were just here listening. Im sorry" I said and he shake his head, hugging me "It's fine, nothing to worry. Cheer up" he said.

Right then Mother came inside my room "May I have a talk with my daughter please?" Mom asks and Louis nodded "Alright, no problem ma'am". I stood up and walked outside the room with Mom.

She closes the door behind and dragged me outside the house "Elise, what have you done?" She asks and I frowned "What did I do?". Mother sighed "they were brothers, a prince! Who fall for you. This cant be happening!" She said while turning around, thinking.

"Mother, listen I've done what he deserved. He hurted Louis and wanted him back home? After their father told Louis that he was a mistaken since he was born" I said, explaining and Mom shake her head "do you even saw what really happened? What if Louis is lying to you?" Mom said, making me furrowed.

"How can Louis lie to me? He never lied to me before, besides he told me the truth before I found out that he was a Prince" I said and Mother shake her head "doesnt mean he wont lie! Everyone in this world lie, even you! You ate a cookie and not telling me when I already knew!" Mother said.

I sighed and looked at mom "mother, I dont know." I said and she held my hand "elise, I saw a bruise in Arthur's cheek and looked like it was been hit by someone" mom said and I frowned. "Why dont you go and ask Arthur personally the truth" she said and I looked down "I'll try".
