Chapter 25

Louis' Pov

Waiting for Elise to come back home, I just layed down on the bed and smirking as I just saw Elise and Arthur arguing about me. I was surprised that Elise slapped him, but it made me happy and comfort that there is really one person who cared and love me.

"Louis?" A sweet voice made me turned my head up "oh, Elise. You're back and what took you so long?" I asks and she looked away. Making me furrows "nothing, just uh family problems thats why I took long" she said, furrowing my brows more. "You're hiding something, tell me" I said and Elise shake her head with a smile on her lips "Louis, Nothing is wrong. I'm fine".

She said making me lay my back down to the bed, looking up to her "so, how are you doing now? Are you feeling fine, I can take you back home" she said, I furrowed my brows. I thought she argue Arthur to not let me go back home.

"Elise, you told Arthur that he wont let me take back home." I said, while Elise snapped out "oh, well about that. But I just told him so he can go away." Elise replied while my face right now is disappointed. "Besides, I cant just let you stay here without your parents knowing. Its a bad thing" she said and I nodded, Agreeing.

I looked up to her "I agree with you" I said silently and she nodded with a smile "I'll take you back home, maybe tomorrow. For now you need a rest" she said, I felt sad and angry about why she is agreeing to bring me back home when she argued with Arthur about it.

Nodding my head, I closes my eyes while Elise tucked the blanket and then suddenly she kisses my forehead, opening my eyes and I didnt realize I was smiling, Elise chuckled "Good night" she said while closing the door. She did the same thing I did. I didnt realize I was smiling like crazy.

In the morning, I found Elise already waiting for me to wake up. "Good morning, I made you a soup for your last meal of staying here" she said with a smile, I smiled back "it doesnt mean I wont go back here." I said and she chuckled. "You can come here anytime you want, but I really hope that I wont be seeing you fighting again please" she said.

I looked into her eyes "If you want then I wont fight with Arthur" I said seriously, making a wide smile on her face as she hugged me tightly "oh, my Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Patting her back and hugging her, I feel so warm.

she pulled back from the hug and fed me "I love feeding my mother when she's sick, I'm used to this." She said and I smiled, drinking the hot soup "hmm, its good" I replied and she smiled "soup is always good, here have some more. You have to be well always" Elise said and I nodded. And in that moment I decided to marry her.

Elise's Pov

After feeding Louis, I washed the plates and goes outside to sell fruits around the village "Elise, wait I wanna come with you!" Leyla said, making me turn around "no, leyla. I dont want you get lost again and besides, you should go to John who is fishing and I heard you love fishing!" I said and she shook her head.

"I do, but I was bored. Brother was not talking and just do with the fishing" leyla said while pouting, I chuckled at her adorableness "all right, but you have to hold me tight, okay?" She nodded and held my hand.

Walking around the village and she helped selling the fruits with me, Just a few pennies. After walking around and just 4 to 7 are the fruits left, I smiled. Satisfied. "Come, leyla lets go back home". I said and Leyla nodded.

We arrived home, Looking around to find none of Louis sight. "Mother, where is Louis?" I asks and mom look up to me "oh, he headed back home" she answered.

I nodded and looked down "oh, he didnt even told me anything?" I aks silently to myself, then suddenly I heard a trumpet sound outside. "What was that?" Leyla asked and I walk out to the house to see a men with horses and with a flag that belongs to the Asirald Kingdom.
